I'm a long-distance endurance runner that ignored a core workout for a long time. I started the beginner set of exercises and plan to do each level up to the toughest. I finished 26th day today. The difference is amazing with relatively small effort. The exercises are "funny easy" at the beginning and get bit harder with time (the easiest level). Now, only after 26 days, the core holds the body so well during a run. I highly recommend this app to every runner.

I've already lost 10 pounds in two weeks using this app. The exercises are easy and the app motivates you to work out each day. This will get you in shape coupled with eating a small, balanced meals throughout the day and watching your carbs. I also ran an exercise bike for 30 minutes most days as well for good cardio. Update: I've completed all three, of the 30-day programs. I never thought I'd be able to do the third one, but the first two prepared me well. I'm thrilled with the results!

I've only been using it for a couple of days, but its pretty easy to do and its only about a 6 min work out. You dont even need any equipment. The best thing is that for the most part you can go at your own pace. (Just wanted to add this because i didnt see it in the description no monthly fees for the program. They use ads to pay for it but they're barely noticeable)

Great way to get abs! I'm 15 years old and I did this app for 2 months. After the 2 months I could see changes to my body. I got top abs and middle abs but no bottom abs. The abs were only visible in good lighting. So I reccomend this: if you are skinny or have low body fat then you should get a 6pack with this app(don't forget about good diet) if you are like me and have a bit higher body fat(not nescesarly fat nor skinny just average body fat) then I suggest losing fat first. Overall thisapp👍

Anyone-ANYONE struggling to lose weight at all needs to give this app a go! Used for about 3 months straight before I had to break for surgery, and I impatiently wait til I can use it again! Absolutely in love with the benefit of a brisk, yet effective, and demanding fast-paced work out system that helps to target my arms and legs along with my torso. Fun and Effective! I was searching for a good abs exercise and I stumbled upon Six Pack in 30 Days app. Tried it and am enjoying it. Started with the middle challenge and feeling great every after routine. I usually run and or cycle and once finished I augment with this workout. Everyday is never the same and works my different core muscle group. The animation and video really helps on what to do at every given workout. Try this and for sure you will reap the results. I've never been athletic or one to go to a gym daily. After only 8 days of using I feel myself losing belly fat, gaining muscle in my chest, and I can see the 6 pack forming. I love the reminder and the visual of how to correctly do the exercise. It makes me feel like I have a trainer. Also if you've completed the exercise for the day you can go back later and do them over. I started on "Belly Fat" and look forward to completing the next 2 levels. I definitely recommend this app to get in shape.

Really like this app. My only problem with it is its impossible to workout towards a 6 pack. The only way to get a six pack is through dieting, intermittent fasting being the most effective. Good selection of exercises and simple system would have given it 5 stars if they avidly pushed dieting being an important part of getting a six pack.

I'm 30 days in, and I am starting to see some shape. I'm now starting the second 30 days, and the increasing intensity of the workouts seems just right for me over time. I wish I could just buy this app for a couple of dollars rather than have to look at the ads. also, it's not really six pack in 30 days, unless you already have pretty good abs to start with. It's more like six pack abs in 90 days, hopefully.

Awesome App. Provides you with a good variety of abdominal workouts and helpful coaching. Also tends to keep you motivated with occasional inspiring notifications and in-app messages. hasbeginner, intermediate, and advanced workout courses. Only noticable con is the constant advertisements. However, the benefits heavily outweigh the downsides. Would recommend to anyone aiming to better themselves physically.

did the 6 pack abs first and really got me going. second time I did all three plans and that was the ticket in getting a 4 pack. stopped for a couple months and starting back up again. it is easy to use and follow. also easy to get addicted to so you want to do the work outs

overall its a pretty good program, though I wish there was the ability to auto complete exercises. I like to run without my phone and do these exercises halfway through my run and coming home and having to click through the entire workout can be a bit annoying. I also love all the other Leap Fitness Group's apps, but I WISH they'd put them all in one convenient app. I understand why they don't (ads for 6 apps better than 1) but man I'd be more likely to use that rather than 3-4 of the "same" app

I really feel like this app is helping me get back into my workout routine. I stopped for a while now and noticed myself getting more body fat and losing more weight. whether I believe that this app will give me a six pack in a month or not is still a mystery but I'm willing to try and so should you.

great app to get into shape they guide you along the whole way and shows you how to do the exercises. I would work out here and there on my own run out of different exercises to do when eventually just stop doing it all together. This gives you a plan it'll remind you at a certain time of the day and it has someone guide you through each workout I've got great results so far. It also allows different levels of difficulty depending on what you're going for.

u can actually see the changes in my body with these workouts. maybe next time u can make a button for success stories in ur app and keep the pictures of the users who've done 30 day workout before n after so that everyone could see them and get inspired..

I still don't believe it....2 weaks in and I got a 4 pack... by the end of the 30 days I had all 6 abs, not quite a six pack but I had the abs and they were completely visible and I know if I did the second one "six pack abs" which comes after "rock hard abs" I would have the perfect six. Absolutely insane. update: I've dont the second one "six pack abs" twice now, I now have a complete six pack and am on a cut right now to get an even better physique because getting a six pack is 80% eating

I sweat like crazy, its easy to follow quick and to the point, very challenging, move at your level and definitely worth your time. My body sore and this is exactly what I was looking for. I can't speak on the 30 day results gets because I'm giving a rating at day 5. But I love it so far. Thank you. Live well everybody.

This app is pretty good in terms of providing a good workout plan. However, the concept is flawed. If you want to get abs you shouldn't be working on abs every day! Your body needs about 2-3 days to synthesize muscle after a workout so working out before youve rested isnt great for results!

I go to the gym 3 to 4 days a week and came across this app to add to my routines. I follow as directed and I have just completed day 3. I'm really interested to see how this works. I have a little pudge on my stomach area and I'm curious to see the results after 30 days. I will update when I get there with my results. Currently I'm satisfied with the exercise routine, app function, and stress placed on my stomach muscles. If all goes well, I will move to phase 2 of this app.

challenging snd and free to use. Some of the exercises are the devil and don't see possible (I'm look at you "V-up" you bastard), but perhaps as progress through the challenge it'll become easier. The animated examples are easy to follow and the links to youtube videos are a nice touch if you want to see a human demonstrate the exercise. It syncs to Google Fit and tracks weight. So far, the app is been great. Ads are there, but annoying at all.

Ok just finished 30 days of the lose belly fat workout and it works so up to 5 stars it goes. There are 3 workout routines and just started the 2nd workout routine. No equipment needed, exercise routines for the first workout took 15mins max if you dont do the breaks and just skip to the next session. Highly Highly recommend

Well, not 30 days. Took me 6 months of heavy diets and everyday/every other day workouts. Of course I had cheat days and stuff. It is super cool, I can finally go to the beach without shame, and even receive compliments. Go for it!

Great ab training app. I've just finished all three programs. What I really enjoyed is the variety in exercises. They are, more of less, different each day. This made it more fun to do. And in the beginning they are easy. So you don't lose motivation. And the programmes work on a 3 day cycle with a rest day in between. And each three day there is a slight increase in the number of reps and the number of sets. This is quite subtle and makes advances easy. My only question is "what now?"

its the best out there. keep in mind though that 1) u obviously wont get 6 packs in 30 days with any workout plan 2) this wont work unless you are consistent. believe me it has so much effect . 3) if u feel an exercise is way too easy or doenst stress u then chances are u are not doing it correctly. i myself did heel touch, russian twist and others wrong and now when i do them properly i can feel my abs burn. stay consistent and do with proper form to get results and dont expect results :D

I have a fit and health person, with regular exercise routines. I'm impressed at the quality of the app, as well how much the exercises were felt the next day! i recommend this every just starting and for those with experience! Works within your abilities and still allows you to push your current state. Very impressed.

Great app! easy to follow instructions. I am an ordinary Jo who enjoys food and doesn't like exercising.. my health isn't that great.. im over being obese so I looked up execising apps to do in the comfort of my home and came across this app and thought I'd give it a try.. In just two weeks i already feel and see the results.. also has helped me lose 8.8kgs (together with a healthy diet) and have gone down a size in pants.. can't wait to finish the 30day challenge and start the next level.

Saw results in 90 days (it's a 90 day program and not 30). I developed a 4-pack from a slight paunch. I combined this with Insanity max 30 in the morning. But everyone must remember that this will only work if you are eating right!

App is very good tips 1. Eat the same as before in the beginning but then slowly reduce into more healthy and keep going. (abs are 80 precent diet):( 2. if day 9 is difficult keep doing that for a couple of days until you are the boss the idea is to push yourself, not kill yourself 3. Cheat day is good. 4. you will see improvement in 30 days not abs 5. play music in background of the app and keep it going. i don't like head phones, always worried when my gadget will fall and i well step on

A most excellent app! my favorite workout app so far! I have been doing the hardest level for 3 days and already feel some abs forming under my squishy post-baby tummy. I know they are probably more swollen and seeming bigger than they really are, but I have grown least have a two pack since starting this app. I am excited to see how much more my muscles will progress after 30 days. 💪 ❤ I'll be downloading your other workout apps for sure!

Great app. Really user friendly, and I am seeing a differents in my weight on day 5. I do wish they had a notes option to leave notes on each day. Mainy because im a bmxer so today I cheated a bit today and just went though the app to make it look like i did the exercises because I road bmx for 5 in a half hours today and I didnt want to throw off the let ur body rest days. But I would still like to be able to look back and see the days I worked out and the days I road bmx.

Pretty good so far, especially since I figured out Level 3 would kill me. This app will only function with the screen turned on, though; the rest timer will stop if you turn the screen off or read the explanation for the next exercise.

So this is a really nice app and all, but I feel that there should be more than 3 levels for exercising. (currently there are only 3 levels of difficulty to choose from.) This is because there is a big difference between medium and hard. Thank you and have a nice day!

this app is great. it talks you through the exercises and gets you to correct yourself if you are doing it wrong. the fact that this app doesn't have you giving it all at the start, is a good way to ease you in without feeling exhausted and wanting to give up. You feel like you are doing what you need daily, without dreading it and finding things in the house to do that you otherwise wouldn't. I'm only a few weeks in, so I know it will get harder, but that's ok. Will keep you posted.

as someone who stays in shape but looks to challenge my muscles with new workouts, this has been convenient and challenging. I chose the second out of three difficulties and blow through the first round of exercises. round two has me taking the recommended breaks to get through them. I feel accomplished afterwards and keep that simulated feeling in my abs all day.

It's just great, simply perfect. And you people complaining about the ads: just turn off your data/WiFi for the time you're working out and you'll be able to use it ads free... Anyway, it's not such a big deal if you're focused. Great app!

Great app to help get in better shape. It gives descriptions of the different exercises so if you haven't heard of one, you can still do it correctly. Different levels for different bidy types. And even has you stretch afterwards to help prevent cramping.

I'm halfway through my first 30 days. mildly surprised that I've mostly stuck with it and have found the diverse exercises very useful. I've tended to have decent abdominal health but never truly 'in shape.' This app has helped. First, they scale up in difficulty as you begin the exercises. Your standard workout is 10-15 minutes with breaks. At the end I was surprised, I felt the workout but wasn't exhausted. I survived skipping a few days during the holidays and the app reminded me. Helpful.

started with middle level, by the time I finish the hardest level you could see an outline of a 6 pack with some detail. now going in to another run through the last level to tone it some more. actually worked, surprisingly. I recommend it, its addictive and keeps you on the routine with reminders.

for people that want Simple, yet well made workouts for them this app is it. I personally like it, and it give you a real workout. I already have my 6 pack, but doing this still hurts so that's how you know this is THE REAL DEAL ^-^

Lose belly fat in 30 days course. Before: 92cm After: 89cm, no big improvements visually. But overall body healthiness is much better after 30 days of the stratches. I am glad I have started. Too much ads though
