    I'm turning 40 and would like to have a six pack before it is impossible. This app will definitely help me reach that goal or if anything stay healthy witch it's most important. The exercises are easy to do and it definitely gets the sweat flowing and the heart bumping. I'm not a muscle monkey so those super intense work outs are just a little ridicules, but this app is good for a normal human like me to achieve my goals and not have to put up with a pumped up physical trainers malarkey.

I am an active guy and have worked out in the past and I'm just getting back into it.. this app shows how to do the exercises and also has the option to lighten up on the exercises if ur a beginner.. I like the fact that I can skip the rest when I feel I rested enough.. try it out and see for yourself.. core training is so important.. most ppl just go right for the barbell completely ignoring the core.. check it out

    I'm 13 and I decided to lose weight during lockdown, I was already quite healthy but this app helped me get rid of my fat, in the first week I lost 7 pounds and I am starting to gain muscle so I would recommend this because of the state that were in due to covid 19, now I have lost 5 pounds because I am gaining muscle weight and eventually after the 30 days I will have abs ( i am on day 17 )

Well, obviously this app actually didn't give you nice abs after 30 days, you must go to gym for the true abs, BUT this exercise made me felt energized after laying up in the bed, your belly will look more fit after 3 months, my fat is still reducing during everyday workout, AND for u who has an acne, you must try this app cuz it will makes ur face more CLEAN and HEALTHY! 👍🏻

    Day 1 on easy, and it was doable for someone in poor shape. The hardest was the plank, and it gave me an option to make it possible. Really appreciate the voice instructions, so I don't have to twist my neck to read what I'm supposed to do next, and that it counts down, and tells me what muscles it's working.

    Best workout app I ever used. Perfect in every way. Animations of exercise are easy to follow, coaching tips (which can be turned off after learning the ins and outs of each exercise) helped me learn where I was doing an exercise wrong. Reminders are nice. Weight tracking is great as well. I already downloaded splits in 30 days from the people that make this app and will download more in the future. Thanks!!!!

    This app is useful. I managed to get good results without it but it is still an helpful addition. Though I suggest to add special notes that abs workouts are best practiced once every 2 days at the most and not every day. The abs muscles need rest as any other muscle group. Also, 6 pack can only be achieved with good diet in the kitchen. Daily hard cardio is a must . 10% body fat or lower is needed. Abs workout alone are not enough. Anyway, keep up with the good work Devs!

    I think I see pretty good results overall but when you transition from one program to the next, it actually doesn't get progressively more difficult. They should be a progression on one another. I feel like I'm going. I feel like since I started the rock hard ABS portion, I've gone backwards Sometimes I would double down and do two exercises in one day. It took me almost 90 days to actually get a six pack but from almost nothing

    This app is great. It has tips and reminds you to breathe out when stretching out and to inhale and exhale during the exercise/ in general. When planking or doing mtclimbers it also allows you to pause and you can skip rest if you don't need that much time. Lastly it also has a tracker which is cool, dope app

    Excellent. Ads are a little annoying but definitely tolerable. Downloaded cuz I've always wanted at least definition more than this 'skinny fat' I've always had. Too early to say but I can definitely feel it working and I'm fairly confident my body is exchanging the fat for muscle.

    Recently, i've been thinking of working out indoors due to the current pandemic im sure everyone knows about, and this app has really been working! I have slowy been making progress, even though the changes have been small, my body is improving. Before you start hating on this app for not getting stronger in the 30 Days it advertises, realize that excercisng is a process that takes a lot of time and commitment. You should also think about the food that you eat, and try to balance your diet.

    I have discovered muscles using this app that I never knew where there. It is instructional, challenging, flexible, efficient and gets results. Highly recommend for those wanting to workout at home but still useful in a gym routine (when we get out again). It keeps a limited diary and the user's goals are structured. The ads are not obnoxious and well placed so I actually read them! My only complaint is that I can't get it to share data with my Fitbit.

    This is a great app with a lot of good and Fun exercises. However when I check the reviews some people mention that they don't have a six-pack in 30 days and give the app 1 or 2 stars as a result. Be aware that this app is a help to get a six-pack. You're main focus should be your calorie intake. If you take a good diet in combination with this app, I garantue you that you will have a six-pack. Maybe not in 30 days but eventually.

    Best workout app ever, on day 27 and am seeing incredible results. I did begginer and intermediate at the same time and added 200 crunches post workout the first two weeks and 200 mountain climbers the second two weeks. I saw results on the 4th day. Highly recommend it is amazing for weight loss as well as toning. I am doing advanced next month and have downloaded another weight loss app from the company for advanced weight loss.     Guys sorry to say this ,this is a good app it gives u a proper workout and it keeps track of your fitness but I can't c any developments in my abs well it does reduce your belly fat but my abs are not visible. I may not be sure so I did the whole 90 workout and 30 advance level twice no development so I may not work for all .

    Not a perfect app, but good enough for what I wanted - hence the 5 star review. Reading the critical reviews is interesting, especially the response to them! I'm also fairly convinced that some of the 5 star reviews are not genuine. I have not got a six pack, but my stomach is definitely flatter than it was. Keeping to the programme is definitely worth it.

    Easy to use and fast results. Of course this is only an ab workout,not a full body so other workouts are needed if you want a full body workout. As with any workout plan, if you want results it is important to drink plenty of water and have a good well balanced diet.

    Really like the app; it has great variety of challenge. However, the calories it records that you burn after each excersize is really inaccurate. 270 calories for a max of 15 mins of training is just not realistic! To the people who gave 1 star reviews because you didn't get 6 pack in 30 days then you clearly don't understand training or dieting. I can't go to the gym for 30 days, train all muscles and become a body builder so why would abs be any different! 6 packs require a lean body to show

    Great any getting started and can feel the improvements. And to those saying they cant see any abs, what you need to realise is you need a big dietary change as you need to lose enough weight for the abs to be visible. Futhermore it would be good if the developers actually helped the critical reviews rather than begging for 5 stars to get things done.

    Exercises take far too long to do each day, making it a chore. The app called 'Abs Workout' is much better, as that doesn't take as long and the voice guides you how slowly you should do the exercises for maximum effect.

    Very simple instructions, great illustrations, easy to follow, hard to do. The best feature is when you are told to do an exercise in each side of your body, it specifies how many reps per side so you're not guessing if it's total or per side. Eg. 26 Hill climbers "13 per side" it says! Great app.

    Try and skip the rest periods if you can. Use them to quickly review the workout and quickly get into place for it and hit skip to give you a quick and effective ab burning workout. I enjoy the notification for half way done and 3 second count down. The app is also relentless with it's daily reminders if you set them up (could make it a particular time for each day which is nice). Kind of a nice kick you in the butt to actually workout during quarantine. Would recommend the app. No annoying adds

    Wow really does help , so tried the work out didn't seem to difficult doing them and wasn't sure if they would even work to lose weight. I'm on my 15th day doing the work out and I had to tighten my belt one more spot !! So in 15 days lost an inch off my waste line. I dont have a scale but once I get to one I would like to see what king of weight was lost. My core also feels stronger. The app is simple to use really like it.

    Don't normally do fitness apps but this, in conjunction with a few short runs per week, has given me a great feeling of core strength - that's only on the beginner programme too which is doable in 6 or 7 mins if you shorten the ample rest breaks. Lovely app. More app than ads and they are not intrusive. Ties in with Google Fit, quick to get started on the workouts. Logs progress and nice simple gif-style tutorials.

    Adding your own animated videos ruined the app for me. Linking to expert YouTube videos was much better as one would learn proper form and also any other things to be aware of. But these new animations are no different than the default ones. I only go to video when I need detailed instructions on an exercise. Health experts would do this best. But yiyr jew animations replacing videos are useless. They're just the exact same gifs in video format

    Very nice but u have to find a trainer for better experience as they don't teach u every techniques very well if u r beginners then go for a trainer or u will end up doing exercises in wrong techniques which probably u can't learn directly on videos !!     This is a really good excercise app. I use this daily for my abs workout. There's 3 modes from beginners, intermediate, and advanced. It can take from 15 to 30 mins but doesn't take to much time and definitely a challenge. After the workout it gives you a calendar and logging statistics.

    Like everything else, you will get out of it what you put in. If you just go through the motions with 0 effort; not gonna get much out of it. Some of these excercisses take me back to kick boxing days.

    This is really the first exercise app that I ever found that I both enjoy and find to be fulfilling. It walks you through the motions, offers you a rest which you can choose to ignore, and I'm one weekend to a 30-day workout so we'll see how it goes.

    Finished the 30 days beginner. It has had some results already. I am starting on the intermediate shortly, but the apps stretches are inadequate. The Cobra stretch is just painful on my lower back, but beyond that it lacks any stretching that isn't your core. Some are needed for things like leg raises. It's a good app, it's just lacking some things.

    Excellent free (ads before and after) ab workout app. I checked out a few before deciding on this one, and haven't been disappointed. Customizable for various conditions, steadily escalating, varying in exercise types, and including rest days. Very happy with my progress at day 13.

    I've been working out my abs 3 to 4 times a week in the gym for just about a year with casual exercises such as crunches leg raises and planks with minimal results but with the advanced program which has a wide variety of exercises for abs and some of them I have never done before. I'm soar every day cause of it it's been only a week and I already see some results

    Great App, I have a question though. I usually complete 30 days of tier 3 workout and then start again from Day 1. But the initial days are more easier than the last ones so should I just keep repeating last few days to keep constant burn ?

    Because of the pandemic I fell off from working out. Prior I was doing crossfit and weight training then abruptly stopped. I need someone telling me what to do and this app is helping back into it! I like the timer and how they have a voice coach along with a tutorial.

    Great workout app, especially if you don't know enough exercise to build your own routine. It audibly tells you what to do, how many, for how long, and then walks you through it and tells you what muscle groups it works during each exercise. Honestly really great!

    Used it last year but it seems to be have been further improved, does the job perfectly, just had a blast on the advanced, got through it but may need to drop a level... Critically, the ads aren't overwhelming like many others so you can actually use it and don't have to delete :)

    I'm usually the one who works out for like 3 days really really hard, then less hard for the next 2 days and then fells too tired for the next days and stops working out. This app really motivates me beacuse it has daily pre-made workout sessions, which makes be like "i'll just end today's routine".     All in all a very good exercise app, if it hadn't adds, it would be perfect. I mean with that that all apps should be free and they could 'ask' for money, such as donations or payments for a more complete service, otherwise it is scheming... But, yeah, very good exercise app.

    I've had a great experience with this app and its program. I'm a big guy, so I won't achieve a six pack in 30 day, but I'm at 20 days and I've dropped seven inches from my waist without any extreme dieting. I'm more concious of what I eat and I make time for the gym now. I start my workouts with this program. My only complaints are I can't skip the stretches when I'm short on time or choose the length of time for planks and side planks on the hard level. I'm not at 60-second side planks yet.

    It is a real good workout app, with three 30 day workouts. Real good, and anyone can use it. you just need to be commited into doing the plan, just like any workout. It shows you how to do the workouts and for how long/ how many reps. I totally recommend it.

    Ive been doing this on and off for 2 years now and it is a really good simple and quick work out that has improved my overall health. But dont expect to get a six pack in 30 days i know i havent got one and ive done the thirty days because its diffrent for everyone and no app,book or even instructor (unless they are top of the line) will get you a six pack in that short time. But it does help burn calories

    Some People will say that they havent got a six pack in 30 days and get discouraged. This will either be because you're doing the excercises wrong or you have a layer of fat covering your abs which you need to burn to get the abs to show. You can do this by doing cardio or hiit workouts. check out youtube for some!
