    Don't have a six pack yet, on day 16 (advanced level). I started with no definition, just a gut. I've got my top two abs showing, obliques, and starting to see the oh so desired V. The app takes the time to give you tips as you go, and it seems to remind me just as I have improper form to correct it. Ads are no problem, and the automated coach is my new best friend. Best fitness app I've ever used, hands down.

    download I love the app, definitely got abs starting from a gut. Admittedly, if you want to see the results advertised in the 30 day period, you should ALSO be mixing in some heavy running, weight lifting, and a clean diet... Also, I really wish there was a way to customize the workouts more to maybe mix the types in each plan up and stuff. Either way, it's good stuff, the tips on form are nice!

    pro apk Really great for a beginner. I feel stronger every day and look forward to starting the intermediate course! Only one thing I would say is that the Cobra Stretch pose at the end of workouts can be quite bad for your lower back if not used to the yoga pose, it might help to explain how to properly enter the pose for beginners. Besides that, it's 5 stars from me, thanks for getting me motivated to exercise!

It has amazing animated gifs to show how to do each exercise, with video tutorials on how to do each one if you're still confused. I don't think you're gunna get abs in 30 days, but you will definitely see results in those 30 days, and eventually get abs. Amazing app, there's a reason for the 4.9 star rating.

    Excellent app! Ads are non intrusive on the workout, workouts are easy to follow and the gradual progress makes you really feel like you're achieving your goal steadily!     I didn't have to start at beginners but I do see the benefits if you haven't done ab work before but these exercises will get you were you need to be. One thing you have to remember is abs are made in the kitchen not the gym. If you aren't going cut out fats and carbs no exercises will show off abs. So if you actually want those abs to show find a diet that will cut the fats and carbs. A great app is Strongr Fastr. It will build out a menu and grocery list for your personal goals.

    I have been using the app for almost two years.. i have completed the second level twice during that time. I come back to it too improve my form over the prior time. It is a progressive and sets a thirty day program that is easy to stick with. If you have been wanting to get your core in shape (i have back issues and this has definitely helped) this is a great tool. I will admit that the "six pack in thirty days" description is a little misleading. None the less... Totally Worth it!!!

    This is great for someone like me who likes to do a solid bit of a work out every day and needs a formula to keep myself from just saying "I guess I'll just do a crunch or two." Taught me a bunch of new ab workouts. Really recommend this entire app series, honestly, as I like to do the regular "home workout" one when I'm not just targeting abs. It DOES have annoying ads but only before and after workout. Small price to pay for a digital trainer these days.

    The app is good. But when we're honest. It is not possible to gain a six pack in 30 days. But I use the app as a additional workout of my regular workout through the week. It's a good addition to work on your abs, you can never do enough ab workout! The ab has good exercises that not only work on the abs. They also help you to burn some fat too. This app is great for an additional workout but not as main workout. But for those who aren't the fittest, this app is perfect to get at a good fitness.

    Great app for motivating me to do some core fitness. Have done 18 days so far on the weight loss programme. It ramps up the difficulty slowly so I'm able to keep up. I like the videos and 3D animations, make it easy for me to check I'm doing the exercises properly. Hopefully I'll finish the 30 days, I look forward to moving onto the harder programmes.

    Used this over a year ago and had excellent results. I've NEVER taken any notice of calorie counting on these kind of apps, but the beauty of these exercises is that you can really work your core and get great results, and I don't feel like I'm ever going to injure my neck/back. If you want to lose fat, then you need to really work hard to get your heart rate up (do hiit, running, cycling etc.). If you want to strengthen and tone, then this app does the trick.

    Good work out app. Stick at it, it works, but you need to incorporate this with other exercise and a healthy diet. Even if you just do this without other exercise or eating healthy it keeps you toned. Maybe not 6 pack toned but looking and feeling fit. I did all 3 levels of the app. They are good step in stones to fitness and a toned belly. You need to keep repeating the last week of level 3 as your workout to continue so you don't lose your fitness. Pleased with results! Try it.

    Great exercise app,after you've done a couple of these exercises it feels that you're abs are burning, it really helps with you're abs when you have no idea how to get them,and just searching things up on youtube on how to get abs is not the best,because this has more features and has explanations,rather than just searching up on google and getting nothing out of it thanks so much app!

    This app is great for all levels. Honestly starting at beginner I'm already at advanced and have seen a significant difference. It's great at giving mini instructions as you workout as well for example "your neck shouldn't be strained" and let's you know if your doing an exercise wrong. You can skip warm up times, excersices or even go back as needed. If it's a timed exercise it will let u know in advance which other apps don't do. Highly recommended!

    I didn't change my diet and it still worked (and I have a sweet tooth). It does take patience. I only started to see a difference after 20 or so days of workouts. I did the lose belly fat challenge and by the end, my stomach definitely feels tighter. It doesn't look any smaller though. And my weight didn't change at all. But a slight line down the middle of my torso has developed. Hoping for more results as I level up.

    First thing this app will really test your core strength, I routinely do heavy weighted abs machine excersises, so I assumed I would be ready for advanced level, I was this app focuses on working your core muscles not just your ab muscles I suggest every one start at beginner or medium level and work toward advanced level

    I started with two sessions of each workout a day and I'm already seeing results 7 days in! Workouts don't take much time and I love that the app syncs with Google Fit and MyFitnessPal. Number of burned calories are a bit off so I usually go with the lower count on MFP. Great app!!!

    Great app for losing belly fat and developing core strength. App is very easy to use and has different levels of difficulty based on your health and or what you aim to accomplish. It gives you small tutorials on how to do the given exercise correctly which is key to getting the proper benefit from it as well as to avoid injury. I've had it for 2 years and have recommended it to many in my workout circles as a great means to supplement your training regimen specifically to focus on core strength.

    Excellent free app. I dl'ed this back in December and have been working through the three levels. The instruction is clear in animations and instruction and it ramps up the difficulty gradually with good rest periods. I'm middle aged and while never overweight, I've never been toned or had a six pack. I'm nearly done the 3rd 'advanced' stage now and I'm toned, tight and darn near that 6 pack. Great app!

    I started using this app as a beginner, then I moved to intermediate and advanced level later , I was able to reduce my weight by 4kg in 3 months and reduced the belly fat significantly, when you move to advanced level you need weights to complete some of the exercises. Overall this is a very good app if you plan to reduce belly fat. 🙂👍

    Thing to improve: Automatic time counter start, which is super anoying, especialy at the end. Cobra to Twist Strerch in 5 seconds, are you kidding? And then I have to try and catch up to the time? It's pointless! Ps.: No, hitting "pause" isn't good because reasons.

    This app is life changing. I started with the fat burner phase, and it just melted my tummy fat away. I had some excess belly fat from a recent weight loss this year and i needed a solution fast.     Upon for doing the first day I felt already better. Resting time is 20 seconds between exercises so it really always comes down to mind over matter. I've had a six pack before but this is a refresher and also it gets you in the process of doing it constantly. I would recommend to anyone who's trying to get back in shape or try better than themselves if they have a internal rotting problem within their body.

    No, you will not get a 6 pack in 30 days but it is a good app with a solid workout plan and schedule. I had to do each 30 day program twice before moving up to the next one and the results have been great with no equipment needed but a dumbell when doing the 6 pack abs track (advanced). Now I do the advanced program over and over to maintain/progress and I keep inching closer to my goal of a six pack.

    This is what I wanted to know when I downloaded this app: Attempting the most difficult exercises and eating very healthy foods, I achieved a defined four pack, exercising for 45 minutes for 30 days. However, every 4th day is a rest day. Continuing this schedule for 20 days longer than suggested and maintaining a diet, I achieved a six pack. A suggestion to the developers would be to recommend dumbbell weights based on BMI.

    This app works if you do the work. Really helped my lower back and hip pain by strengthening my core. I did the the belly fat course 4 times before I could make it thru every exercise for the full durations I was 380 lbs and had a hard time walking most days.

    I have already done some mild ab exercises in the past, and dang, after just the first day on advanced I saw results, burns bell fat like nothing. i would sugest that they make the rest time 15sec instead of 30 (inormally hit skip after about 10) But over all, great job! It wont be possible to get abs without using the advanced level in 30 days, but you have to be relativly fit in order to achieve abs in 30 days anyway. All that to say, its pretty darn good and i 100% recommend it!

    App is good. You can use it without any trouble. I dont like it personally because the spine posture is getting affected since it has too many curved back exercises. These are very old ways to get abs. Nowadays There are better exercises out there on YouTube.

    This is what we do in prison. This is app is amazing so easy to follow in app and routinely. I'm 47 and I find it very useful. I can double down through the course of the day without any physical effects other than the intended sourness. I am a beginner/ intermediate as far as fitness but I have been following kenetics and bodybuilding for many years and this program is impeccable.

    Wonderful app. This brought me back to working out after being on a 5 year hiatus. Been using this for over 2 years now with a dumbell app. Done all 3 levels. Keep repeating 3rd level.     This app is brilliant, it is pretty much all you can ask for in a free exercise app. One thing for the fifth star though; can you make it stop my phone from sleeping when mirroring the screen to the TV? Currently I have to unlock my phone after each exercise which is trivial but annoying.

Core strength is my goal, not necessarily poppin' cut abs, and this app gives good guidance towards that.     It's is misdirectional of this app stating that you can develop a six pack in 30 days. I used the Homeworkout varient for a month before I tried this, thrn used this one for two months or more (the advanced option with the toughest workout routine). But, developing a six pack isn't that easy, the exercises in this app are surely good for ab workouts, but I guess the product isn't really what it promises. You may as well so ab workouts from the primary "Home workout" varient.

    Well, there's no point in eating meat if you don't work the abs. This app suggests atleast 1-3 exercises of 26 everyday which can produce a good muscle activity resulting in heavy breathing and increased heart beat for few minutes, like what happens when you run and stop.. but you're not actually running, you're just trying to get up off the floor 10-30 times, which is funny

Pretty dang smart to add in the optional skip button to optimize anyone's comfort with intensity without sacrificing the effectiveness (will be gauging this factor moving forward).     THIS IS APP ONLY WORKS IF YOUR BODY FAT PERCENTAGE IS BELOW 12. Very less people know this but the exercises are structured in such a way that you hit all the abdominal muscles in a day. The wonderful part is that each and every workout ends with stretching of muscles, it is a known fact that for a muscle to grow we to stretch after working out. Looking at the workout plans it is evident that it's not just some app with bunch of ab exercises, it is very well programmed.

    After completing 3 times advance level, 2 times intermediate level , I got not a single visible abs, only gym workout can give the actual result not the home workout. 😀 To developer , before starting workout I had a normal body not the chubby of fatty one and after still I have normal one.

    The app is well-designed and easy to use, but the workouts are too long (~30 min) and have gimmicky exercises (dumbbell paddle boats, X-man crunch). Also not sure why "feedback" is limited to a failing of the user ("too hard", "don't know how to do it", "got injured") when none apply.

    Excellent way to strengthen your core muscles. Gets really tough after midway through advance level. If you can't even do 5 leg raises then get yourself started on this program and by the end of it you'll have the strength and endurance to do 50+ leg raises WITHOUT much effort!

    Only thing I don't like is the random addition of dumbbell weights. Got this app so I could do abs anywhere and no one just carries dumbbells everywhere they go. Also, you will have to do some very ridiculous yoga poses. I hate yoga. Otherwise, great app.

I finished intermediate, now doing advanced on 8 day, but there is some interesanting thing - app shows that I burned doing day 7 - 521 Kcal, but my galaxy fit watch shows 112 Kcal and with days before its the same.. in home workout app, in push-ups burned calories arī aproximetly the same like my watch measures... the may be conection with google fit, but not with samsung health:/

    I mean I'm trying to get abs so I go for intermediate and it's awesome It litterally tells you what's happening to your body and what parts of your body the excersizes are stretching and stuff, plus it reads the time aloud and is great for newbies, this is day one so I'll update this on day 30 :) I'm currently 192 lbs and I'm 5'7 hopefully this works cause man am I willing to get fit and in better shape :)
