Very good aap. Great to know new abs exercise, scientifically planned so you don't any injury or exhaustion. Gives you freedom and options. Suggestion: there should be a crest you own workout option for advanced user. That can be unlocked if you clear all 3 levels.

Great app. Helped me a lot to reduce my abdominal fat. I have a suggestion it will great if you guys mention how to do a exercise perfectly and how to do it harder in every set.. maybe just a written list under every exercise

I really like this! I started from Beginner. It made me sweat, but I didn't feel exhausted after doing it. The first time I used this app was yesterday evening, yet this morning my muscles feel tighter, while my body feels lighter! Fast progress, effective workout. And my belly muscles hurt, which means that it really is tightening the muscles, these muscles might soon turn into abs. I feel muscles getting harder under my skin, they'll probably become visible as I continue using this app!

One of the better apps for working out! I rarely leave a review so this one is def worth it. I chose the intermediate routine n it's on the easier side for me but you always could just do more reps than they suggest. The coaching is the Perfect Amount, Great tips but not Obnoxious talking!! Only tips for developers: - use real human voice instead of the robot. - use real human movement instead of the drawings. - lastly maybe throw in 2 more cardio movements to add variance.

Very good app to build your abs including stretching exercises. I reccomend everyone, well not everyone but the ones who want to have abs and are ready for some hard work to use this app.

Simple and straight forward I like that I don't have to think about anything other than completing the exercises. It takes care of the time, exercises and sets for me. I can even play Spotify simultaneously!! It starts you off easy and each day is a little harder than the last. Making working out a breeze. The coaching tips are right on point too so you know your doing it correctly.

I myself am shocked to realize I'm getting ripped in just a few days of usage. I think it's a really great app and it guided you through your workout. It doesn't even use really tough exercises like push ups and still produced great results as long as you follow it. 5 stars for me.

I'm just starting with this program but it is super well structured ,is easy to follow along, you don't even need previous knowledge about training, but is also good for those advanced users who need to keep in shape as well. For basics you don't need equipment, for advanced you may need dumbbells. Muy bien estructurado el entrenamiento!

On day three, have lost 35lbs via TRE and calorie counting, a gym and personal trainer, however I prefer to do strength building at home. At day three I'm already noticing visible results, and the workouts are so easy straight forward. And the ad supported nature of the program is not too bothersome or annoying! Totally great app. Nice set of exercises for everyday use, only 15-20 minutes long (30 including a shower). Different exercise levels are considered. What I would love to see, is the possibility of having friends in the app, and have shared activity. So by checking the calendar, to see if the other person is following the training. This would add amazing motivation between friend circles that try to motivate each other!

It's a 5-star experience thus far. This app is a great complement to my current exercise routine that includes cardio and resistance training. I don't have to think about the next core workout; the app provides the variety I need to target all my abdominal muscles. Currently on beginner and working my way to intermediate. I'll provide a status update next month.

Really amazing! Only a few days in and already I'm seeing massive improvements with a proper diet. The only thing is that Samsung health doesn't connect with it so I can't track my heart rate while doing the workouts. I know the Google health app connects to it but I don't use it because all my data is on Samsung health. It's obviously not this app's fault so on what they can deliver and what they do, it's a brilliant app

Very happy with this app so far. I am a cancer survivor and have had 1 hip replacement and both knees are to follow. I'm using this app along with physical therapy and am more motivated to get back into shape and stay that way. Using 2 other apps for upper and lower body. The program itself is very nice and the entire interface is easy to use and only partially annoyed by ads. The turn off for me is the difficulty of keeping the statistics in check. You can't delete or restart programs you started by accidents. Rest days count as exercises, etc. Very annoying if you want to follow/ share your progress.

This app helped me lose all my belly fat and got me seriously shredded. I lost about 12 lbs using the app so it's good for weight loss but an absolute monster in sculpting your midsection. Just do one exercise a day, do exactly what it tells you. And remember proper form is key. Less reps with perfect form is better than doing a bunch incorrectly. 5 stars, 100%, A+. Recommended to all. Core strength is very important.

There are some good exercises which are beneficial for people who are office goers and with minimal physical work involved .. I got my back problem fixed by this app .. thanks to that.. one additional thing I was looking for is nutrition guide for these exercises specially veg/Vegan ... I didn't get it on other apps also..

It's simple and effective. I like it 😎 I wish there was more videos of every movement and an ability to download the video of all the movements so use them offline. This app has translated to persian but translation is very bad and i recommend to use English

Does exactly as it says. Works the abs hard at different levels. It does get easier as you progress. The only downside are the ads being pushed onto my screen. Otherwise it has to be 5 stars.

This has helped me so much bros. Not only is the voice coach really inspiring but I came from 113 pounds to 99 in a MONTH. And I got lots of muscle from other workouts so even theese 99 pounds and muscle and a fit body. Also a tip if you ever starve yourselves instead eat a high protein breakfest in the morning just to keep the flow and then eat some fruits in the middle of the day and veggies. Also if you drink too much water you gain water weight so that can be seen on the scale quickly.

I wish there were more apps like this. I like that it reminds you and has animations and videos. I like that it runs through the workout day by day, exercise by exercise. I've used it for 35 days and feel stronger.

This is the best app, I have ever found. It has around 6-10 mins workout on a daily basis containing a rest day after every 3-4 days. After following this app regularly for few days, you will feel the difference. Having said that the commitment is very important.

I love this app! But one problem i see not within the app but people in the comments section. This is not an app to lose weight! Its to gain abs. Also a person i got from 113 to 99 pounds. That not good. That counts as underweight. Also you dont have to starve yourself with 3 salads a day. Just eat till your full if your an ectomorph. Not sure about the other body types

Very good app although the 6 pack workout is way too extreme for your average person and honestly if you can manage to that month work out chances are you already have a six pack. But I still found the other exercises great and that helped my lose fat and gain muscles so great app overall.

If what you are thinking is "this is too hard so it's a bad app" let me tell you something... You're so wrong, it is suppose to be hard. There is no shortcut, no pain no gain ! The highest level isn't hard enough for people who want to have rock hard abs, but all you need to do is skip the cool down or only do it for 10 seconds and double the amount set. It is a overall good app and will be useful even if you do have abs.

Simple and easy to use, with moving illustration for guidance. I've been using this app for quite some time, although sparsely. As they said, progress is progress, no matter how small.

So far it's a good app. I haven't been active like I used to so starting with this to get things moving again. First work out wasn't overly difficult but I felt it and it got my blood flowing, I just skipped the breaks between workouts. Excited to continue it daily to see results.

Great simple easy to do exercises for you at home and you don't need to much space or time. They take me 8 minutes every night before my shower. Great way to get back to motivating yourself to get back to the gym 👍🏻

It's better than other available apps. I found it quiet useful. It's been 1.5 months, i am using this app. It's just that workouts are very intensive, can't always keep up with this app.

Lost a LOT of weight using this app just from the first 30 days. But you do have to have a healthy diet to lose weight. But all in all it's a great app if you wanna lose weight fast.

Excellent core workout plan. This app took me from a beginner with ability to do only a couple of situps to full core stability. I was able to transition to weighted core workouts within a month. Greatly recommended app for beginners and intermediates.
