Used with smartwatch, cannot maintain connected status. Does not maintain data in phone database from remote device. Now a banner ad goes across the bottom program options. Plus the phone asks for rights everytime I access the app. Starting year 2, the app is now worse, doesn't record steps. Ads are more intrusive and freeze on my phone. I am waiting for the watch battery to go bad. They only seem to last a year or so. The app is gone when the battery is.

I have the f22 watch. It doesn't stay connected. its constantly connecting and disconnecting until it drains the battery dead. There was an update for this app about a year ago that had everything working correctly in the app plus it stayed connected as well. Not no more. Please fix the connecting issue. And get rid of the adds because your more worried about them then making the app work with all the watches first. Not going to use it if it's full of adds and does not stay connected.

I continue being unable to connect to the band, obviously rendering the band useless. I have been waiting for a serious reworking of this app unsuccessfully. I wonder whether you will be able to deliver on the updating of the app. It has not been actualized for a while. It will be very much appreciated. Big disappointment so far.

I was almost satisfied with the watch and somewhat ok with the app but now I'm not happy at all. My watch won't stay connected anymore. It also has trouble w/ maintaining the various settings I have set such as the watch face, time, sleep hrs. Now it doesn't even show the current version anymore. It's like y'all just quit maintaining the app all together. If so, you should let us know so we can go elsewhere. The ads at the bottom is awful too, I pd good money for my watch to not have this

Garbage. Waste of money. I've had the watch for almost 2 weeks now and still haven't been able to connect it....... I've literally spent HOURS!!!!!! Uninstalling and re-installing the App to no avail. There's basically NO instructions, nowhere 2 find troubleshooting techniques, no customer service...... I'll NEVER order cheap Chinese 💩 💩 💩 AGAIN!!! Wish I could give zero stars but hv no choice, sadly, I have 2 give 1

The application doesn't have anything related to weather settings and my watch doesn't get the location and don't display the weather. Also the faces are very limited, just ones of the watch, the application allows you only to set your own photo, without any costumization and it shows only the time when you set your own one. It doesn't have any options to add data/battery percentage or anything else. The dev contact also is useless, you don't get any help/response. It's the worst app for a watch

Don't know if it's the app or the watch that's useless. App says watch is connected but watch says app is not connected. The find phone or device function only vibrates instead of make noise to attract attention... Watch looks promising but app doesn't complement at all. And the health readings of the watch is all scam. Take off bracelets and still get figures for your BP and heart rate

watch keeps disconnecting and won't let me reconnect back to app or watch. I think I go back to my old watch which stays connected. if I could give a zero for this app I would. 👎👎this app is very poorly done seems developers don't give a s##t it not working correctly. don't buy there watches as waste of time as you can't stay connected with app.

Bought my watch over a year ago worked well but now it won't stay connected can't reconnect unless the app is Uninstalled and reinstalled then you risk losing any prior measurements, records measurements inconsistently even when set to hourly measures, the band has burned scars on both my wrists the metal has caused mass hives I've had to nail polish any skin exposed metal. 2 star is only because I like the basic readability of the watch

App disconnects frequently. Then it takes several attempts to reconnect. Have been walking every day for months and data was there. Then, all of a sudden, data was gone.
