This program contains the most complete set of beginner to advanced volleyball workouts to help athletes learn the game and sharpen their skills.
This app was demonstrated and designed by collegiate volleyball players who had a goal to make the most comprehensive volleyball practice training program in existence. The program includes levels for beginners just learning the game and advanced players training for college.
Some of the skills, techniques, and fundamentals in the app include:
- Digging
- Serving
- Footwork
- Passing
- Setting
- Spiking

In addition to your weekly workouts, try out Fitivity BEATS! Beats is a highly engaging exercise experience that combines mixes by DJ's and super motivating trainers to push you through workouts.
