La biblioteca dispone de más de 100 sesiones, y cada semana se realizan más sesiones en directo que se incorporan a la biblioteca. Puedes elegir duración de la sesión (20, 30 o 45 minutos), instructor, estilo de música, nivel de dificultad, etc.. para encontrar la sesión idónea para cada momento. Si dispones de pulsometro bluetooth vinculado a nuestra app también se indica la zona de trabajo. Empieza ya con nosotros tu camino al bienestar.
