App doesn't work at all. Cannot connect to change time zones, etc. Now a Useless watch that can't travel. Ugh.

So when I bought the watch it all worked and I really liked it. But my problem is that it only recorded the heart rate data in the App the first day I had it. I have turned it off and on recharged it etc etc and regardless of whether or not I have the App open and my phone nearby it never loads the heart rate data. This needs to be looked at by your IT for bug fixes.

The tracker itself is good, quality wise and info it tracks. BUYER BEWARE, I bought one on the same day the app was removed from the Play Store and called customer service and got no empathy at all. After 2 weeks waiting for the app to be updated I just returned it and got a Fitbit. I was told there was a serious problem with the app and developers were working on it. You cant use it without the app. Something could have been put on the playstore indicating it was under development.

I'm so disappointed my husband and I went to Target just to shop. I was surprised they had a Vivitar Fitness Activity Tracker. We ended up paying $10 when it was in the $5 dollar spot 馃檨. When we got home they didn't even connect to our phones, but when we connected to our laptops picked right up 馃が. What's up with that, we were very upset. Never purchasing anything from Vivitar 馃槶.

As others have experienced i am not able to connect to Bluetooth on my Samsung galaxy phone. I get a "disconnected " message and it will not pair. I thought it was the phone but I am now sure that it is the app. Both the vivitar fitness tracker and the app are from Sakar but their customer service quickly deemed the tracker defective but I believe the tracker is okay and the app is bad. But without the app the tracker is useless. Maybe one day they will fix the app.

I'm so disappointed in the app, device and money spent! First off it doesn't let you connect to the device or app, second it doesn't let you set the time and give you 2 hours off the actual time it is! And third My rate for the app and device is a 0 im better off spending $10000 of dollars on a watch that actually works than spending what i spent on a device that can't even give you the right time!! This gave me a big lesson just cuz it looks nice doesn't mean it will work!!!

Why can't you give zero stars? Or negative? Unfortunately I joined the ranks of those who are super frustrated with their purchase. Tracker says its connected, in my phone settings Bluetooth device is connected however, go to the app - Disconnected. I've restarted my Android phone numerous times and powered on/off the tracker. No success. No wonder it was in the Deal of the Day bins at Target for only $10. Got what I paid for = this is garbage.

If you've already bought the watch and are now downloading the app, it's too late. Worst purchase ever. Only stays connected to bluetooth if the app is constantly running, so you cannot close the app if you want to keep track of everything all day.

I bought the watch the app was.taken off the play store to be fixed. it was back on the play store 2 days later and I downloaded it. my Galaxy Note 9 informs me that the Vivitar Get Fit has crashed numerous times everyday. This would be a great watch if the software was.working properly. I emailed support over a week ago and they haven't even acknowledge receipt of the email and 3 screenshots I included to show how the app has crashed numerous times. You have to keep connecting the bluetoot

Very unstable. does not stay connected to Bluetooth. To reconnect I usually need to force stop the app, then restart it in order to get the Bluetooth to work correctly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Nothing seems to work.
