Notifications are terrible. Software is buggy. Every time an update comes out I hope it will work right and it never does. I bought this watch about 2 1/2 years ago and have never really been able to use it. Such a disappointment.

After waiting 2 years, I was super excited to receive the Titan. The watch has the nicest Hardware. However, with the current terrible app development and Firmware, the overall experience is significantly less than my original expectations. PLEASE focus on fixing all of the bugs as a priority over releasing more products. Don't abandon your customers!

After too long, this app is usable: most of the bugs have been worked out. The data is useful. The only annoying thing about this is that the bluetooth connection will drop, forcing me to pair the watch again. I can understand this happening when the watch and phone are out of range, but when the phone is in my pocket, there is no explanation.

I have been waiting almost 2 years for you to get the watch to work properly. Nice watch but the software/firmware is horrible. After 6 updates I still cannot get a text, phone call or email notification to show up on my watch. I am done, I wasted my money on this watch.**** update*** I have tried absolutely everything on you web site and even suggestions that were emailed to me. Nothing works. Your beta "test feature" works sometimes but still nothing when I receive a message or call.

so the watch is nice. but there is still work to do I still can't change the face to digital. its stuck on analog. I feel like the step counter may be exaggerating a bit. the battery lasted about 5 days before dipping below 20% instead of 2 weeks. But it does charge really fast. there are some updates I would like to see but there isn't room.

Terrible.... nothing works....they said it would be updated for Android on the 8th of February and there has not been any update. It's now 3-8-19 and this app is still a HUGE PIECE OF 💩. It won't let me pair the watch to my phone. I have a Google Pixel 3. Buying this was such of waste if time and money. I cant even give it away because it doesn't work. Im past being disappointed, now I'm pissed that i wasted money on this trash.

Notifications mostly work on Pixel 3 (Android 11) with VIITA app 1.10.1 and battery optimization turned off. Unfortunately, outgoing calls trigger Incoming Call notification. Even worse, Steps history, Step details, Kcal history and Kcal details all show daily counts about 20x the number of steps shown on the Dashboard at the end of each day. Stress history and Regeneration history shows only the current value (no history graph). Great hardware + buggy software = frustrating product.

Where do I even begin? This product shouldn't have even passed Beta stage. They are a new company and the watches are expensive. They made false promises to their consumers. The app has sooo many bugs. Notifications dont work. Doesn't update. Constantly crashes. Bug fixes are few and far between and so is the communication from the company. Take your hard earned money elsewhere! I wish, I truly wish I could support this company hit they have not fulfilled their promised and continue to lunch new products. There is some discussion of a lawsuit against them.

Final Update. It's been over a year and the progress is too slow for the gap of features between this watch/app and the rest of the market. There was improvement, but I'm switching to Samsung Active 2. Viita's draw is in its watch's construction. Unfortunately the software side is woefully uninspiring. Hopefully they resolve this, but from a daily use case perspective, it just can't compete with Samsung/Apple's functionality.

The watch won't listen to any settings changes I make. I can't switch from digital to analog, I can't turn the auto on feature OFF, which is VERY bad because my job requires physical activity that constantly turns the face on, so my watch battery will drain to 0% before I'm done with my shift. I've waited a long time for this watch, I hope that the dev team fixes the software, otherwise this watch will be rendered not useable.
