With the UniSalute Up app you can manage your services in an even easier and faster way.
With the UniSalute Up app you can manage your services in an even easier and faster way.
From today you have one more novelty: in the "Policy" section you can consult the Information Set relating to your policy which contains all the detailed documentation as required by current legislation. In addition, for policies that provide for it, you can view and download the Foreign Form, which certifies the validity of your health coverage even abroad
In particular, you can:
- book visits and exams at affiliated health facilities: you can ask UniSalute to book for you or, thanks to the new function, you can independently book an appointment with the health facility and communicate it to UniSalute
- view the agenda with your next appointments for visits and exams, modify or cancel them
- ask for reimbursement of expenses for your services simply by uploading the photo of the invoices and documents required for reimbursement
- consult the account statement to check the processing status of refund requests. You can also integrate the documentation with the missing documents if requested by UniSalute
- receive notifications in real time with updates on your appointments and your refund requests
- access the For You section to discover the supplementary policies to complete your health plan and read the news and articles of the InSalute Blog
- view all the information relating to your policy: Information Set that contains all the detailed documentation as required by current legislation (Insurance Conditions, DIP, additional DIP, etc.). In addition, for policies that provide for it, you can view and download the Foreign Form, which certifies the validity of your health coverage even abroad.
- manage and modify your personal data and those of your family members (personal data, contact details, bank details) and choose whether to authorize your adult family members to view your health data. You can consult the list of your family members in coverage, change the information on the exercise of rights towards them (parental role) and you can manage the privacy consent of adult family members.
To access the functions of the UniSalute app, enter the username and password you already use to enter your reserved area of unisalute.it. If you are not registered yet, you can also register on the app.
