I love the information that is available at my finger tips! I really love the ability I have to contact my doctor if I choose!Thank you UC Health for allowing your patients to have this kind of availability with so much health information! This app would be perfect if I could email test results or whatever to whomever I choose to. Maybe it's a HIPA thing. My sister is a nurse and sometimes it would be nice to share. At least I can screenshot now. That's good!

I have used this app for years and have loved it! Recently, my daughter's profile is missing an appointment button. The rest of the family each have a page with all of it functioning, with the appointment buttons, and showing the providers on the right side. I'm guessing during the last update in August something went wrong. She has an appointment coming up and I would like to be able to confirm it! I have sent a message into technical support as well.

UC push notification to join a patient study of theirs never goes away nor reminder to pay my bill of $0.00. And no way to get rid of these messages either... User interface is poorly designed. Not intuitive and not logical in some cases. The only reason I keep it is it does allow me to message my pcp and it does provide some but not all test or medical procedure results.

As a patient and UCHealth technician, this app does not accomplish its job at all. A month ago I scheduled a virtual visit and even e-checked in and the system erased the whole appointment the morning of with no trace. Now, in the app or online, I can't find a local doctor. When I give my Denver zip code or GPS location, it only gives me doctors in CO Springs. I've been fighting mental health issues to schedule an appointment and when I really need this to work it fails me and makes it harder.

Too many worthless messages, no easy way to delete several messages, have to go thru 1 by 1. Linked to hubby's acct also and can't mute those messages. If message has been viewed online, it is still marked as new in the app.

Right now, there is no way to navigate out of Appointments. The menus go away, and you can't go "back". You have to shut down the app and start it back up if you want to navigate elsewhere in the app.

My provider works at two UCHealth clinics but the app will only show the last clinic I visited. I have to call to make an appointment at the other clinic vs the app showing the provider at both clinics.

My favorite hospital in the Denver Colorado area. I'll say that no hospital is perfect but this one has pretty good doctors great attitudes and there's a lot of different things on this campus. Including children's hospital and the VA campus. ALL WITHIN ONE BIG CITY BLOCK WITH PLENTY OF PARKING. FREE PARKING.
