Worst app ever. Do not use this app. Drivers keep on cancelling the ride. Even if you talk to them on call and explain address, they will say yes on the phone and cancel the ride immediately just after the call is cut. Use OLA instead. They have much better service.

They're always charging extra money after the trip ends...the final fare is always higher than shown before booking a trip... I experience this everytime I book a jugnoo trip. Infact Rapido is far better. Moreover, they are not responding properly to a mail sent on their customer support ID.😤

This app is useless... I booked a cab for 7 am and they said that they will contact me.. But no.. They didn't... And i didn't even have place to contact the customer service... I hope no one books from this app... The service is useless

This app is very good. But a big problem creates when you reach your destination. They charges much more. So I request the owner of this app plz make a option of online payment. So they can't take extra charges. Plzz

Extremely sad experience. Booked a ride which was around 5 kms. Fare shown was Rs. 63, by the time ride go completed, the fare jumped to Rs. 95. On top of that the Driver didn't return the change amout too! I don't understand why someone will book with them after such an experience. I have decided to delete the app and inform my network about this pathetic service.

Pathetic experience, App shows auto arriving in 6 minutes and keeps on showing the same for next 5 minutes. Then driver calls and ask you to cancel the ride.I booked again, same waiting, driver calls again and asks for destination and then cancels the booking.

This is a nice app and a person comfortably travel through this app but the charges for traveling are high and i know there is very loss for drivers in this work but we must appreciate their work so i give four stars for their work and not five stars for becaus the app shows different charges from which the driver takes.

worst payment calculation i have ever seen. almost charging to customer double amount while showing half rate on fare estimation before ride booking. not customer friendly and not eco friendly. I suggest to go for Uber rather than jugnoo.

Horrible service. No drivers are available. Some already have passengers with them. Some take more 15 minutes to come at my house. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Ola/Uber is much better.

I booked a cab for airport. In Surat airport parking is absolutely free. But driver added parking charges of Rs. 60. I talked to customer care but I didn't got any response. I don't know if the driver was a con man or this app which doesn't take responsibility or their driver's actions. How do you want us to trust people special single ladies to take a ride.
