Description
TrackActive is a professional exercise prescription platform for use by health professionals working in physiotherapy, exercise physiology, exercise rehabilitation and strength and conditioning. The application is for patients/clients to download so that practitioners can send their prescribed program straight to their phone.
The application gives step-by-step directions when completing your program, and also allows you to log symptoms, program difficulty and progress. This information is then automatically sent back to your practitioner so they can keep track of your improvements.
The patient application includes some of the following features:
• An attractive and responsive design
• Secure first time login so your exercise and health information is safe
• Exercises are displayed in images and/or video, and comes with detailed descriptions
• Set reminder alerts for when to do your exercises
• Symptom and progress logging functions that can be communicated back to your practitioner
• View a chart of your progress
• Timing function that tells you how long your session took
• Automatic updates to the program when your practitioner makes any changes
• Houses multiple programs so you can keep all your current and old programs in the one place
• Request appointment function
