The scooter slowed down and then stopped while operating because I went into a forbidden zone. It was an awful experience. I then tried to start a Tier that was outside business zone and the app didn't allow that. This is nonsense. Wouldn't it make sense to let people take the scooters out of a forbidden zone?! No support or phone number to call in Hungary. Then why are you operating your service here? UK support didn't pick up the phone. The 1 star goes to the service, not the app.

The app does what it should. There are two problems: 1. the app forces the use of Google's High Accuracy location service which, frankly, has a pretty low accuracy (provided it doesn't send you to another city altogether); 2. when riding, it's hard to understand whether the turn blinkers are on; it would be better to make them click like the ones on a car do.

Ok but needs improvement, when going close by a red zone the bike stops and doesn't move, even though I'm outside the red zone. This us super annoying, please increase the tolerance in the borders so this doesn't happen. Also, I'm a monthly subscriber and I don't need to receive and email with an invoice EVERY time I ride the escooter, please only send an email on the subscription buying and if I ride for more then 30 min, otherwise it's just spam. Thanks

Can't sign up have downloaded the app twice. Have tried to sign up more than ten times over the last 2 weeks. I put in my number and submitted to get the code. It trys to verify with my browser and then returns the error "We're having a few problems at the moment. Please retry in a few minutes". I tried on my iPhone and it worked straight away with the same mobile number. I'm using Xiaomi Mi 9.

Pros: Scooters are sturdy and safe, app is easy to use. Price is reasonable especially with the 30 day unlocks for £1. Cons: geofencing means you can sometimes screech to a halt in areas as the GPS places you in a "red zone" when you're not. More parking bays are desperately needed. Also the GPS system they use is confusing and unhelpful. So it's good, but teething problems need solving. It's still early days so I'm sure it will go better soon.

Scooters are nice, price is above average, functionality of the app is okay. But GPS precision is the worst. In some places it locates you in a no parking zone although you are definitely not...and getting out of this zone costs nerves, money and time.....until location finally accepts you are in a parking zone....

The parking of the scooters can be hazardous. Firstly, the parking spaces are unclear because you will not know if the space is available until you park. The parking space was not full but software decided that it was. There was plenty of room. The scooter is heavy and difficult to reverse out of the space. The parked scooters are also dangerous potential. A nearby parked scooter fell onto my leg when bike parked. There should be parking signposting or support for parking and safety.

This was my first time using this kin of service. Definitely not friendly for non-locals in Berlin... The indications from the app made a 10 min ride into a 1hr ride... Constantly giving contradictory signals. The search option for the destination didn't work for me. The map view is shown in vertical mode in the phone, although the holder in the scooter can only be placed horizontally... Giving the variety of options in the market, next time I use a scooter I'll try a different app.

Changed my phone number, now the app won't work for me and prompts me to contact support. I did. Support did nothing, so now, I just use one of the many other operators in town that allow me to change my number with a few clicks. Dumb. Otherwise everything works fine, but why prompt to contact support if they do nothing?

Update: tried it and changed from 1 star to 4 stars review - they refunded my first trip as I couldn't use it. I would recommend it and I would use it again. I'm changing my review to reflect my new opinion. Four stars because app has some glitches like you can't reserve it like Lime. Other than that I think its reasonably priced and works well. Good availability, but charger you can't use as my phone is too big S20. Wish the app was easier to use to find which scooter and locations as well.
