Very useful so far, quick and easy to use. I would suggest to set up all the scooters with the phone holder, introduce a bigger model for ride more confortable in 2 persons.
Mode
Pricing is crazy. 100 mins of moped rental cost the same as a full day car rental at other rental companies. This may be useful for rich tourists but definitely not for regular people commuting to work. Cut the prices in half and i'll give it a second thought.

it's a bit annoying that I have to manually refresh the map every time to be sure to get up to date information. otherwise it's great! also I'd recommend some better way to "file complaints". the box for comments opens only after I click "no" after a ride. if the helmet has scratches, it doesn't mean it's a bad ride, but I have to click "no" to report some minor issue.

Good experience. The latest app is so much better than the previous one. 1 star goes down because I couldn't finish my trip and I had to restart the app. Otherwise all good. EDIT: The app got better and I ride with BeRider at least twice a week. Great service!

Awesome ride... but, price is too much in my opinion. it's same as electric car, with which you can transfer stuff and stay dry when raining.

To get 15 minutes of free ride use: YX0rNOXKKS They are constantly upgrading their services. Would love to see zones to be larger. Otherwise very good idea, needed something like this for long time.
