I was used to drive this bikes 6 months ago without any faults sometimes I forced to use other bikes due to repai. But now a days it was worst if you book bike problem was no battery. Second Ecslator issue. Third it will give hand for you on middle of flyover or middle of road. Actually speaking this EV are future not present solution. Even you thought you reducing pollution by EV you're wrong because in India more than 50% electricity comes from coal actually you increasing pollution by EV.

They should have auto fault detection mechanism of thier bikes.I faced issues multiple times where I was forced to do booking of bike in different locations cancelling the existing booking because of fault bikes. Once all the 3 bikes I booked consecutively were having issues. So I booked another bike which was 1km away. Sometimes pricing is also very high. Over all not great experience but ok.

I am using bounce since 5 months starting the vehicles were cool and the price was low but now it's the worst I haven't seen a worst app like this the reasons are 1) the brakes and horn in this vehicles will be malfunctioning not in every vehicles but most of them 2) nowadays the bounce people who will come to put battery or repair the vehicle they are only using this vehicles the most 3) now the cost is also high it has reached 2000rs how can we use 4) irresponsible workers etc

It is asking 500 penalty for no reason. I parked in a parking area only right next to an already parked bounce bike. I don't understand how can they penalize me later. The service is deteriorating day by day. I expected better. Please improve the app and also look into my problem. PS: I will rate higher if it reverts back to how it used to be. It's charging erroneous amount of money.

Worst app full of bugs the map doesn't load it gets stuck at sample place I can't even move the map to see the bikes available nearby, at while ending the ride it gets locked automatically and tell me move closer to bike to end trip, while i sitting on bike itself, if you don't know to develop an app don't develop leave the basic app itself it was far more better

App is full of bugs, it doesn't show anything but only map. When we select a bike and walk 1 km to find the bike doesn't connect to bluetooth is pain. (To send help request now the app should open, it is showing only map and i again re-installed the app now it is not logging in)

There is a new feature in app "Doorstep delivery" at Rs99. I felt irritated when I booked vehicle via this, firstly the delivery executive told he's 10 minutes far and took almost 30-40 minutes to deliver vehicle and they say they will deliver conditioned vehicle. But I got damaged vehicle. When I asked about this to delivery executive he said sorry!! I don't understand what kind of service they are giving. One more: When we report some vehicle which is faulty, app doesn't have feuture to show

Some how due app bug ,there is warning show that you are outside city limits even when I am well within the limits of Bangalore City where I have started the ride. Also even if you park in a non private parking near to main road it shows warning that you are parking on main road and your DL will be flagged to the traffic police. Its completely irritating. Off let they have included more electric bikes which honestly are not in a good condition. Either they are break , acceleration issues.

Cannot sign up, as OTP not received. Edit: Managed to sign up, upload DL, etc. But though I'm standing right next to Bounce scooters, the scooter is not visible on app. This happened with 3 scooters. Finally, took Uber or Ola. Edit 2: Tried after 1 year. Walked 1.5 km to a Bounce scooter. On scanning, it says "not available." Waste of time & effort.

Worst experience for me my first ride was today and the bike limit is 20km I booked it and took for a ride it's speed was so low and the was stopped at half of my destination.with out going to destination it was ended and it was very bad experience to me.
