Very good app overall, probably the most efficient programs out there, however, the app can be improved in certain areas: you can't save your work in progress, if you mistakenly exit the app, the progress is either lost or saved with the current progress without the possibility to continue; there is no possibility to save number of reps and/ or weight to have as guide for next sessions; sometimes the timer stops if you lock your phone. Again, the programs are fantastic.

Great workouts and content but the key thing that is lacking is that you have click complete for every workout, there is no timer buzzer to switch to next exercise. I mean if you working out and all tired , you still need to look up at the timer, walk over to your app to complete than run back to workout again. This is essentially the key feature that needs to be incorporated, start the workout video and just workout! Don't have me click start on music, click complete, monitor my countdowns..

Why there is no time cues in workouts? How can we now time is over while we can't see phone screen? Also there should be 3 or 5 seconds gap between exercises. Look for the Nike app for the inspiration. Also what is with that information that we give while registration? It is useless.

Horrible app. I like the YouTube videos, but the app is horrible to exercise, there's no sound, no count down and it's completely unnecessary all the info you have to provide in the registration. Unistalling the app and going back to YouTube.

Workouts are amazing. I have a subscription. However, there is no sound. I can start the music but there is no countdown, or a voice telling you anything at all. Wouldn't be a serious issue BUT countdown numbers are on the video in small and blue. It's hard to press the completed button during a workout. It's a pity that these easy things make it so hard to use compared to other fit apps.

Great workouts, but the exercises show out of order in the workout preview. Also you can't see the demo video for the warm ups once you've started the workout. I'd give 5 stars if those issues were fixed.

I want to like the app but there's too much going against it. For one thing the UI takes a long time to get used. The workout library needs 'equipment' and 'no equpiment' added to the filer which just has muscle groups. The biggest thing for me though is what movements are considered to be beginner, intermediate, or advanced. There is absolutely no way a "beginner" could be expected to do walk walks, handstand pushups, and pistol squats.

I have been using the app for 2 years now. Chris has the best workouts but the worst app and support ever. They update it once a year and they do not care of what we write in the review section to improve the app. Even when they update the app it changes totally as they try to fix everything at once and surely they miss a lot of points. It looks like they do not even want to improve it anymore. Even his videos are mostly on fashion now. Really considering to stop paying after 2 years.

Terrible app. I was expecting some kind of guidance as a new beginner. You can find a lot of better apps. Besides, the free cancelation of subscription is a big lie! They don't refund your money. They just tell you that there won't be further charges in the future... I'm unsubscribing Thenx from everywhere right away!
