That didn't work for me, but if you seek to transfer files from mac to your phone, so after allowing connection via HDB (in phone settings) you will have an option to download HiSuite from your computer to your phone (directly). (If you came looking for this option, that worked wonderful for me!) Have a peaceful day.

First of all, since EMUI 10.x (p30 phone) I can't send texts. I've found after searching and plenty of different troubleshooting to get HiSuite to uninstall messaging (as the phone won't let you by default) and reinstall through the store. My second problem is this app won't even open, or register in the "recently used apps" Not even a black freeze screen. Just nothing. I will give a 3 stars for resolving above issues, and 5 if it's done in a timely manner. Thank you.

Awful Awful app. Not only are the features very baffling & far from straight forward to use but the account setup process is just a nightmare, can't use these letters can't use that name, asking you to enter codes & verify your details with codes that don't even work when you get sent them via text. In the end I just gave up & uninstalled it. Rubbish!

I don't knpw whats going wrong, but I can ensure that the app has lose its senses. I have downloded it but it is saying that my phone is rooted, which is simply not, and it isnt working after delivering the message root. I have checked a thoisand times but my is not rooted so please fix the problem. And for more clarifocation my phone is a Huawei MediaPad T1 7.0

Complete and utter garbage. The lack of HiSuite and the inability to connect this phone to my pc, the first phone in about 10 years that I've had this problem with, means that this is the last Huawei product I will ever buy.

Unable to work after installation and that a big problem... I only found this app on YouTube and thought it would help me with other apps, right now I'm very disappointed. If this ever happens to you don't hesitate to install and try something new.

Had to get a new motherboard on my Mate 20 Pro due to issues with my phone. Backed everything up with HiSuite. When I restored the phone, 72 items were incomplete, all of them apps. So I'm spending an entire day reinstalling everything, and there's lots of issues. Disappointed.

Please fix the Huawei Honor 8X wifi Connectivity issue.. My wifi is working fine on all other devices but honor 8X cheap crapy wifi does not connect it. It's so sad that Huawei knows this issue and is not making efforts to fix this issue and keeps users suffering or to abandon its cheap quality phones.

Crazy that adult humans worked on this, it's so bad I had to give up halfway through. Just don't bother connecting your phone to the PC. I would rather die than go through that UI for another second.
