I have a question 😅. I connect my Huawei band to my phone and it works perfectly fine on both my phone and the band (my Bluetooth was on the entire time) but when I close the app (Bluetooth was still on) my band disconnects from my phone and says Bluetooth not connected, how am I gonna get notifications from my phone if the Bluetooth disconnects everytime?? I dunno if it's my phone problem or the app or the band... 😭 Btw good app, easy to understand. just please answer me?

I have a Huawei Fit Elegant. Why doesn't it show the different app badges when receiving messages? It only shows Gmail icon. The rest just come through as generic message.

It doesn't support Huawei Band 6 & Huawei Health app can't login due to internet connectivity even though all other apps are working with the same internet.

Really terrible app. Takes several connect / reconnect bluetooth cycles before the app finally shows the correct number of steps in sync with the watch. Upon the first launch, every single time I get the warning "the app "quitted" unexpectedly" Please add it to protected apps". Firstly "quitted" is such old fashioned English. Also, protected apps are a feature of Huawei phones only. This is completely irrelevant to users of other makes of phones. I've contacted Huawei directly about these issues but received no reply.

Constantly refuses to reconnect with watch and when it does could take a week to update step count to the Health app, if at all, there has been numerous times when it records very few steps and even zero on some days. Very annoying when it likes to inform you that targets have not been met when you know they have. If you are serious about recording your steps get another app as this is too unreliable.

Since one of the latest update this app started to ask to turn the location on in order to pair with my honor band 3 on Bluetooth. That doesn't make sense to me, specially when sometimes the band disconnects and it only reconnects when turning on again the location. It's not supose to need to constantly have the location on just to have my honor band paired with the phone.

After updating my phone to Android Pie 9.0, the band does not show the name or number of the person calling, it just shows 'incoming call'. Seems like Android Pie compatibility issues. Also, for multiple whatsapp messages, band doesn't show the content, instead shows something like ' 3 messages from 2 chats' thats it. Fix these bugs fast

Earlier was able to see caller name but now it's only incoming call notification coming without showing the caller name. As people have mentioned , if there is more than one message it gets stacked up and sender name is not visible , it just shows for eg 3 messages from 2 chats, which is really not serving the purpose. The vibration keeps continuing even after receipt of call.

This app is fine other than it doesn't actually allow you to access the full functionality of your device. Huawei Heath allows you to do that, but in order to use huawei health you need Huawei mobile services which I cant even download nor would I want it because three seperate apps just to use my huawei band 2 pro is absolutely ridiculous. *Update* the most recent update has made the device almost completely obsolete. I can't even use the alarm anymore. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
