This is not even close to accurate...doesn't have zone 6a..just says zone 6 for my area and there is a big difference between an a zone ,and b zone..and what location,Ma 6a would still be different from another State in zone 6a

I love this app. Only issue I have is, it says certain plants are ready to harvest but, they are not. They are still small & growing. Maybe add in weather because here in Nevada, the weather changes on a dime. It's not always the perfect temperature. Or let me press a button that says it is not ready to harvest. A snooze button would be great. Something I can press to let it know the plant is not ready to harvest. Not just a couple days off. I think it's a couple months off.

relove it, just wish you had more varieties of different plants, and have herbs and fruit trees as a choice to plant as well. Plus a button to click to say that your seeds have started to spout plus a choice on how many plants you may have planted. Other then that I love the app, very useful and gives information on companion gardening. After seberal weeks of using this app the alert has only worked once, and everything is turned on to receive alerts.

Recently downloaded the app. Really good info in the free ad. Really love the companion plant feature. One feature to add might be pictures of the various plant as seedlings, young plants and mature plants. But in all... this is a great resource. Would it be possible to add Black Beans. I have planted some and have only found limited info. Thanks so much for this. A gardeners dream. I am sure I will give it 5 stars with the full version.

Downloaded the free version; took me about 5 minutes to buy the premium version. Exactly what I was looking for. Name, scientific name, planting and growing information, companion plant info, growing times and reminders, first and last frost, when to plant and harvest; it has it all. Best gardening app here.Suggestion: Please allow me to add the same plant to multiple beds. I have repeat vegetables in different beds with differing companion plants, but I can't use a single plant more than once.

It's not a real bad app but this should have a ability to put in your personal first and last frost dates. Just using rudimentary zoning information doesn't work very well in these times of global warming. We used to be zone 7b, and now are 8b on the way to 9. But even so, the first/last frost dates don't mesh with most zoning or historic weather data, everything has shifted, much is very regional. One needs to be able to manipulate these dates to seed at the right times

Been using this app for over a year now and was a little frustrated until I emailed them. Got a super fast response and an easy fix that was in the settings which showed more vegetables. In the settings app I had suitable for my garden checked and it cleared my issue. Thank you very much for a prompt response.

Beautiful app! It's so very useful! This is absolutely the best app! I'm very happy to find it. 😊 Update: Wow! I can't believe I didn't click the category button before. That's awesome! Thank you~ Old: This might be a bug with the app Swiftkey. Can't use swipe typing on the search field. But swiping works on Gboard. 🤷‍♂️ Update: I just clicked the category button and noticed all the categories I can sort by. I kinda love you. ♥

will likely go premium soon. I really like it, I downloaded 5 different gardening apps at the same time, this is the one that came out on top. it has flexibility of use, clear formatting of the information with a pretty interface, my critiques are the companion planting info should be listed on the main plant page, you shouldn't have to click through information to find it, and the ability to add custom plants yourself or submit plant varieties through a user community for addition to the app.

I think it could use improvement. I dont like having to click on every square to figure out what it means. also maybe adding information on growing via aeroponics, aquaponics, etc would be cool as well as a tip section with tips on how to enhance growth, making compost at home, etc.
