Description

From the listing uploaded by “appupdater”.

To lose weight or gain weight you need to consume a certain amount of calories, and this is done knowing what your daily calorie requirement is. This app helps you to know how many calories to eat to maintain, lose weight or gain mass. The nutritional recommendations proposed by the Institute of Medicine created equations to calculate the energy requirement using specific formulas. This app calculates all of this for you, just enter your height, current age, weight and physical activity. Basal metabolic rate and a balanced diet help to keep health up to date. Calculating the basal metabolic rate and your daily calorie requirement becomes a valuable tool for the body's good performance. After all, it helps anyone looking to maintain and monitor their ideal weight or to lose unwanted fat or to gain more muscle mass. With this knowledge, you can make your body work for you. Just use your basal metabolic rate and adopt a balanced diet based on adequate consumption of the recommended calories per day for you. ATTENTION: This app is not a medical app and is not a substitute for professional monitoring. Severely ill people, children or the elderly should not use this application.
