I recommend it. 4 stars because of one lady who was very dismissive of me and kept on telling me to contact the entity itself. I wouldn't be contacting Twasul if the entity was helpful now would I? I've been contacting the ministry of housing since june, and no anwer to my problem from the ministry, i always get the generator message, however my problem was not solved. And today my case was closed without any message, call, email, or any form of contact. Quite disappointed from this app. 3 months of continuous messages in the app but no answer from the ministry. How disappointing.

The idea of the app is great but no seriousness for actions. We noticed that the governmental organisation are providing the same responses to defend the violations without a mechanism for accoyntability.
