A friend recommended Tapo to me they were really pleased with there camera. I'm delighted with mine as well. It was easy set up and install. I like that it has it own storage via a micro SD card ( not included). Picture quality is excellent and you can zone the area you want to watch so you only get notifications when any movement happens in that zone. Really really happy with the Tapo Camera.

Crashing quite often when trying to load camera footage. Always having to double click to even Watch the footage. If I eventually get to a certain point, it comes up with a message saying I've watched my daily limit? What's that all about? There should be No limit on a security camera. It doesn't always record either. Sort the app out.

App is ok and serves its purpose, however I will be ditching it, along with the camera due to the pay wall. I don't care about cloud storage, but having to pay for human detection ect, no thank you, these should be part of the cameras ability out of the box, not behind a pay wall, like seriously TP Link, I was hoping for better from you! but you've chosen this route, so I'll go elsewhere now

This application works well with my TPlink camera C200, it works well on mobile data, allows for instant controls for position, fast recording view ( 2x, up to 8x speeds) , has some problems while switching phone between networks, requiring a reopen of app, has problems with motion detection in night vision, sometimes detecting 'ghosts".

Works well on C100 and C200 cameras! Much easier to set up than older D-Link cameras. Even works with the Android support under ChromeOS -- but not (?) full-screen mode. Can this be improved? UPDATE: This app no longer seems to work under ChromeOS Android support -- a gray screen where the video feeds used to display. Please help!

Low cost and works well for me. I use it to monitor my basement in case of flooding in very heavy rain. At this low cost and good quality I am going to buy additional ones for my house. Even my wife, who always complaints I order too many things from Amazon.ca, approved its cost effectiveness!

Great product, great app. I got a C100 to point at my front door to see who's knocking. I cannot overstate how easy the camera was to set up and use. I've also got it streaming to VLC via RTSP which was also straightforward. The app is very user friendly and it almost makes me want to get more cameras (though I don't know what I would do with them).

Has started missing several motion events.... particularly people walking past, which is quite annoying. Apart from that the app and cameras are really good. One of the few systems which let you switch of the infrared lights at night, so you can position them against windows looking outside (assuming you have nearby street lights).

Terrible app. Delayed movement notification, often more than 1hr, takes really long to go in the app and see the camera view, if you click on a notification to of a movement it crashes so you need to exit and open again. It often logs you out so you need to log in with password again after you get a notification. To snooze it if you use the room is a mission, one camera keeps disconnecting and it's at a router. Just not a pleasant to use product.
