Definitely needs improvement. Absolutely no updates in the past 2 years I've owned them which is odd... Then to top it off, the network optimization is a joke. I'll optimize it, claims perfect, right after I do it again and it says it needs to be done again. I did it 5 times before giving up on that useless feature. Management of bands is a joke... You can't have a separate name for each band, or make any device use a particular band. It's either all on or all off for 1 network name

Your software missed the mark. You have to login to setup the router, and you need cell coverage to login. I tried to setup the system at my daughter's house that does not have cell coverage. I had to drive 20 miles to my house that has cell coverage to login and setup the router. I then had to drive back to her house to connect the router to her modem. Once I got the 1st router setup and had internet, I was able to set up the mesh system fully. You should be able to set it up w/o cell coverage.

This app is good for Checking which all the devices connected. Everything is good. But I personally need a report which device used how much data for a particular date Range. This option is not provided in this so kindly provide that option too. Then it would have been a 5* rating from many customers end.

Amazing performance when I got it set up on my second attempt. I made the mistake of using the same name as my last router and password, but it was very simple after I tried a different one. Fast and large coverage. Great bargain.

Easy to use, walked me thru the steps for setting up the network, then asked if I wanted to update the firmware. Clicked on the update, after installing the network came right back up, could not have been easier.

At first, it worked great. But over time I noticed lots of glitches. For instance, it frequently "thinks" decos are offline. Just now I tried to rename a deco, and it's consistently failing.

Just set up my Deco Mesh wifi with the app. Couldnt be easier. One little hiccup but that was because I had to reset the device. Allows me to see and controll the wifi even away from the home. Great little app.

I like the system, but what has happened to the notifications in the update? There used to be a way to be notified when a device connects or disconnects. Is there still a way to do this? Also get an unable to check fo updates message when i hit 'update deco'.

Confusing setup for AC1200. You have to ignore the app that identifies router as M4R and keep on configuring it as AC1200. Not easy to figure out for 1st user. Not obvious how to add M3W. Very hard to use and I program Wifi access point for a living

Useless app and devs. No optimization, and cannot connect itself whenever there's an outage. Need to manually restart each deco for multiple times. And the app itself is very slow.
