    Maybe one of the best fitness application. We have everything we need to feel better in our body (which is the most important): fitness, pilate, delicious receipts and so many things! And to complete that we have a lot of motivation thanks to the coaches! They give you a lot of energy, even if it's not your best day, after your session you want to continue and you would be very proud of you! Cherry on the cake: subscription is really not expensive for all the things that this app can offer you!

    Honestly, great app. I've started using it June 2020, as someone who hated working out. Today, I can't do two days without a session on TSE or trying out one of their many recipes. The app is constantly changing and improving, with new sessions and programmes being added every few months or so. Guaranteed no more boring or repetitive workouts!!

It has a huge amount of programs, from muscle training to cardio and yoga to suit everyone's taste )) Two different meals are also updated each week to help you acheive the best results (they are environment friendly with season fruits and veggies). So if you're still waving, take the plunge and I promise you'll not regret it !!

    App very complete. You can choose between training with material and at home workout with weights/bands or kettlebells for example. Everything can be adapted without material easily and there is a huge choice of sports. I tried pilate, fit danse and yoga for the first time and it was lovely. Additionally you have access to a wide range of vegetarian recipes with two new ones added each week. The coaches are very motivating. Big up to Sissy and Tiny for a wonderful work

    Great app, large amount of content from beginner to (very) challenging, really easy to adapt and personalize but also motivating with a bench of programs to follow. The value is very good, just be aware everything is in French. Super app, Sissy et sa team sont dynamiques, enthousiastes, pro et super motivants. Ils proposent du contenu varié et personnalisable. Le rapport qualité-prix de l'appli est très correct.

    Great app, very complete that offers plenty of options for every type of persons beginners, medium or advanced!! Also with the tastiest recipes and a wide variety of trainings (gym workout, cardio, bodyweight, yoga, stretching etc). Only one last thing to say: Go for it!!!!

    A little disappointed, you can't do anything except if you buy the programs. Not even have a free sample or something to base your choice upon.
