The NC260 camera isn't too bad but quite often disconnects from the Wifi network and cannot be accessed again unless the camera is reset. The app used to send alert notifications to my phone but no longer does that even though the option has been selected for both working and non-working cameras. I used to be very happy with this product but now I'm tempted to demand a refund - TPLink dropped the ball!!

great when it works and a really clear image and sound quality. However, as used as a baby monitor - which they advertise can be used for- its incredibly unreliable, will loose connection in the night, not turn on once weve put our baby to bed etc. Unfortunately we were bought this as a present, otherwise i would have returned it. Incredibly disappointed for the price it cost.

Unreliable. When I first bought my camera (November 2018), this app was amazing. Now it is very frustrating to use. I try to use this as a baby monitor, as that is what the camera was purchased for. Most of the time the app either takes forever to load the camera or it just disconnects. Not good for a baby monitor at all. Also, the app asks if I want to keep watching, and cuts the audio while the popup is active. Why ask that question? If I didn't want to keep watching I would turn the app off.

Takes a little while playing with the app to learn what you can get the cameras to do but it all works well and so versatile 😊 and I can see and operate the cameras from another country 2000 miles away

Every time I selected a camera and then came back to the main view this app asked if I wanted to give a review. Every flipping time. Ok so here's that review you wanted so badly. For the most part it works fine, except for the time when you want to view a camera. When done it pesters you so bad about making a review. I hate that part and so will you.
