It is basically a virtual calendar compatible with Focus T25 workout calendar. You can keep schedule of your next and previous workout and also view all workouts and measure your progress. If you are a true T25 workout fan you will enjoy this app. It provides options for sharing your progress with your friends and inviting them to try T25.
