Modalità 1) Prestazioni e andature
A partire da due prestazioni note, ottenute su distanze diverse nel medesimo stile di nuoto, la app consente di calcolare la miglior prestazione possibile di un atleta su qualsiasi altra distanza dello stesso stile, sia in termini assoluti (dati di ingresso = record personali sulle due distanze), sia in termini relativi alla condizione del momento (dati di ingresso = tempi nuotati in una occasione recente).
Il modello è indipendente dalla lunghezza della vasca, ma richiede come dati di ingresso tempi ottenuti in vasche della medesima lunghezza e restituisce tempi ottenibili in altre distanze in vasche della stessa lunghezza.
In modalità “Prestazioni” il modello non consente l’utilizzo come dati di ingresso dei tempi ottenuti sulla distanza dei 50 metri, né su quelle minori di 90m.
È possibile invece richiedere il tempo ottenibile su una distanza diversa da quelle di riferimento proposte, completando la stessa tabella con l’inserimento della distanza richiesta nella casella + 
Il modello è applicabile sia a nuotatori che nuotatrici, indipendentemente dall’età, a partire dai 12-13 anni.
La app può essere utilizzata, una volta fissato un tempo-obiettivo a medio a lungo termine su una determinata distanza (per esempio sui 200 metri), per determinare quali possibili coppie di tempi su distanza di competizione contigue (es.100 e 400 metri) ne consentirebbero la realizzazione, indirizzando quindi la preparazione nel modo più consono alle caratteristiche del nuotatore.
Essa consente inoltre di calcolare il potenziale prestativo massimo di eventuali avversari, a partire delle medesime condizioni, anche se relative a due distanze diverse, favorendo l’eventuale scelta della strategia di competizione, a seconda che il potenziale dell’avversario sia migliore, uguale o peggiore rispetto a quello proprio o del proprio atleta.

Modalità 2) tipologia del nuotatore
In questa modalità la app consente di completare il calcolo previsionale, in qualsiasi stile di gara, dei tempi relativi alla terna delle distanze 50-100-200, a partire dai dati di ingresso di tempi noti esclusivamente sulle due coppie di distanze 50-100 o 50-200. Fornisce inoltre una valutazione del nuotatore caratterizzandolo come sprinter puro o come sprinter o nuotatore resistente, in relazione alla posizione del tempo ottenuto nel relativo intervallo previsionale.
