Suunto, get your act together! Why do you consistently create updates that break the connection between the phone and the watch? I've had the same watch for 3 years now, with 3 separate phones and the problem continues! INVEST IN RRAL DEVELOPERS WHO KNOW HOW TO MAKE GOOD UODATES THAT DON'T BREAK EXISTING CONNECTIONS! And another suggestion, don't rollout updates until they have been 100% tested!

Worked fine for a while. Used mostly to upload runs to Strava, but haven't been able to pair watch since recent update. Now I have to plug into pc to get anything off the watch, which is not great for the price.

The watch is great but, the app is not Also, in the "news for you" section, it would be great if only exercise and physical activity topics were reported. Not other topics and unusual agendas.

I liked this app while it worked, but I just got a new phone and the watch simply will not pair with the app. I've spent hours on this, texted with customer support, deleted and reinstalled the app several times... nothing. It's not the phone, because that pairs just fine with my other devices.

Starting to be really disappointed in Suunto. The watch is fantastic and captures data and stats I'm interested in accurately. The problem is a reoccurring breaking of the app that requires a wipe of the watch to re-pair to the app for it to sync. I almost don't want to update the app because I just know something is going to break and then I'll have to manually enter every run into the app. Also, the lack of accessing this from a computer seems strange with the amount of data it could show.

Frustrating. Heart rate data, even with Suunto chest strap with my Baro 9 is nonsensical. Stopped connecting to phone, and lost exercises since I had to reset to link again. Also, the "indoor rowing" graphic is terrible form, and embarrassing to show.

Only way to connect your watch, no computer app anymore. This app is ok when it works, but every few days it stops connecting or stops displaying routes. After that happens activities cannot be downloaded anymore. Getting tired of having to re install every few days. Suunto used to be good,,now every update makes it worse.

Up until about a month ago this app worked just fine with my Spartan Sport WHR Baro watch. Then it stopped syncing and hasn't shown any of my hikes since then. I've tried unpairing, reinstalling the app, performing a soft reset on the watch, everything. It still won't work. I've used Suunto products for a long time and expect better.

My activity stopped showing up on my watch and then when I activated Suunto, all options were ghosted out. After a couple of weeks of trying different combos including deleting and reinstalling apps, I finally just reset my Suunto 7 to factory settings. Cleaned up anything. Works great now.

Used to be good .I have a sunnto 5 and it won't even connect to the computer using the cable .trying to update to the newest update but no luck .I'm not spending the amount for repair when I can buy a different watch .very shocking now
