Terrible app. Not easy to navigate. Purchased ticket for 2 adults and 1 teenagers in Iceland. The app took the payment and showed the ticket but was unable to activate the tickets. Bus driver tried to activate the tickets but could not however he let us on the bus. If there is an easier way to travel on the bus without using this app, I would suggest using that instead.

I never rode the bus because on multiple attempts the app would not accept any of my credit cards. (The same cards that worked fine at other merchants.) Would have been lovely if I hadn't had to walk everywhere or take taxis (taxis all accepted the exact same cards that the bus app rejected).

I'm visiting Iceland and tried using this with both a UK debit and Swiss Credit card. Neither worked. The App is buggy (fields reset, have random values populated, same card saved multiple times 10x, and then can't be removed). Easily the worst transport app I've used, and it's a shame as buses don't accept cards for payment.

You can't buy tickets with it. Everyone with me gets a "failure to charge" error with no other explanation. It just doesn't work. Use cash instead.

Poor, wouldn't send a sms. Code to UK mobile number... If you're going to make everyone use and app especially tourists then make sure it works for everyone... Or just accept contacless cards on the bus like most countries

This is a great way to access Reykjavík city's public transport. A pretty decent system for such a small place. Unfortunately, there is no access to porn within the app. So, I can only give it a four ot five star review

This app does mostly everything you'd want it to do but it can be hard to figure out. A route map of all of the routes would be super helpful, and I really wish that existed. I have to relearn the app every time I go to Iceland.
