I didn't pay to waste my time, which the apps keep crashing while downloading. Sometimes it took 1 hours to download few MBs of newspaper. We are not download game with high graphics or more complex of the content. We are just download the newspaper which I suppose it should be in pdf file. I even contact customer service for help, look like no action has been taken yet. Please solve this issues ASAP and also please keep looking at the review given by the users.

Always hangs after 3 downloads. Requires re-installation and it works for another 3 downloads!! It's been like that since Android11 on phone.

I rarely write reviews but this app just couldn't get me to read my very first ePaper after recent renewal. Clicking the newspaper and the app just shut down, happened several times and I gave up. The old app worked fine but did not recognise my subscription renewal. Forced to change to this app but cannot even download one paper to read. What is happening?

I subscribed epaper to read news,but this app unable to download main news and lagging for few times. I have to restart the app again and again. This make me trouble in read news and not user friendly at all. The Star please improve your app. Your webpage also not user friendly, how can i continue to subscibe your epaper?

Don't make the screen rotate AUTOMATICALLY if u DON'T have a setting to disable it!!!
