Does not say what the notifications categories are for the app when I go into my system notification settings. Are they for each of the company's locations? Are they for actual the alerts: starting, tests, or all clears? I really don't want to be notified by the app for locations that aren't relevant to me. There is also about a 5 minute delay from the time the alert starts in the building before being notified on the app.

Does not give notifications no matter what I do (Galaxy S8+). Unregistered and reregistered, uninstalled and reinstalled. Can't find anything online to fix my problem.

It was great the first year. This year I don't get any notifications, it's offline and I can't do anything. Already contacted them but they told me they do anything. So this app no longer works for me
