Cleans up cockpit, less cables, buttons and shifting is so clean and crisp. You can configure the e tap buttons to do whatever you want them to in the app within reason & add blips for multi location or additional items. Power meters and air pressure gagues all connect for a "seamless elevated digital experience"

I just took delivery of a GX AXS Upgrade Kit and was just pairing the controller and derailleur, went on the app, and upgraded the controller's firmware. Everything seemed fine because I received an update successful notification in the app. But, right after the firmware update, the controller became unresponsive like it won't even light up when pressing the AXS button. None of the buttons on the controller will actuate the derailleur now (as before the update everything was working properly

I just installed the app and it was not the easiest for it to find my components. When I FINALLY found them it said I had a firmware update but the connect button never shows up. Frustrating!!

It's just garbage, it pairs but does nothing. It won't up grade, it wont swap the controls, there is no indication it's even doing anything. I have eagle XO 1 system.

Very buggy sw. I bricked my controller because the app flashed derailleur firmware to the controller. Not cool

Downloaded the app on my Pixel 4a. Most of the app works fine. The only issues is with the controller. I have the Eagle GX AXS and the controller part is greyed out and the app keeps giving me the timed out error. Help! I love the AXS system,it works. If only the app can work as flawlessly as the drivetrain.

The basic functionality that this app is supposed to have does not work. Do you want to manage the AXS components on your bike? No, you can't do that. Would you like to update the firmware on your AXS devices? No, you can't do that either. I don't know who they paid to develop this app but they got ripped off.

Despite what others have said recently about this app not working, not updating the component firmware, or bricking their components, it works really great for me. All functions of the app work with the groupset (SRAM Force eTap AXS) and I was able to update all firmware for my components without a single problem. It should be noted (and this may or may not have affected anything) I heeded the advice of one reviewer and disabled "Battery Optimization" for the AXS app in my phone's power settings prior to updating any firmware. Again, this may not have had an affect on anything but I felt it couldn't hurt as a precaution. A couple of things to keep in mind 1) keep your phone within range of the components and 2) don't let your phone go to sleep while the app is performing the update.

I was able to up date the firmware sram force etap without difficulty. The app itself it a bit difficult to navigate though it did what I needed it to do.

App WILL NOT CONNECT! have wasted way too much time on this. App shows components. After I wake the component, and click on the red 'connect' box, I get the spinning 'connecting' notice. Left it on last night - 10 hours later, this morning, still 'connecting'. So frustrating and disappointing and of course, no way to speak to SRAM tech. *** update 8/10/19: SRAM teck contacted me. seemed genuinely concerned and offered suggestions. ultimately the app connected and once it did, it did work fine. Not sure if it was my device, the app or a combination - and not sure that it will work the next time I try . . . but SRAM customer service did reach out / respond - so KUDO's for them.
