Healthy hands - With Squegg, you can evaluate and keep track of your left and right hand grip strength in a heartbeat. Squegg keeps track of your grip repetitions and allows you to view them through the aesthetic graphs or by downloading them to your phone. In-app activities allow you to focus on improving your hand grip. Whether in the process of recovering from an injury or simply trying to ensure full hand mobility, Squegg can be useful and easy to use aid.
Healthy heart - Keep your blood pressure in check with a 12-minute session of Squegg’s in-app isometric hand exercise. Squegg has gamified the experience of the isometric exercise. All you need to do is go to our blood pressure activity, choose your level and then experience the fun of exercising.
Healthy Mind – Squegg offers highly engaging In-app activities like and games to improve your motor skills. With games such as hot dog maker, whack an egg and blast way – you will continue to push the boundaries of improving your reaction time and your motor skills.
