Version 12 cannot find my router. Version 11 worked fine. Why do you now need my location? The app usually fails to scan the QR code, and when it does successfully, the 'connection' fails - surely the router IP would be in the DHCP info? Adding manually does not even allow me to provide the IP address.

Why is this App, not working???. I am trying for days to enter my Router password and it keep on saying. Incorrect password. When I clearly enter the correct password. Please!!! Sort out your App. Can't lock in at all. Useless. These updates is just a waste of time. Especially when it's not working. Why bother. Just because of a fancy look, oh please. This is very frustrating. Fix please.

Message pop up asking to update the app version to 12+ but hitting the update button does not update the app & show a message that the app is up to date!! But can see the old version in the app gallery with no duplicate or new version of the app. Issue needs to be fixed. The upload & download speeds showing on the app is incorrect & it seems a huge difference between the actual speed. The app need an improvement.

Pretty much needed features are not working. USSD do not function at all. Download and upload speeds are not shown for each device connected or even for the whole router. Battery level is not properly synced, while charging, the percentage is always 100% even it was plugged just after the battery indicator went Red. Device turn off feature is not available. App really sucks, pure garbage considering the big Huawei brand name. 0 stars.

Connected to the Internet fine but not to my ALEXA on my router, so i can't even use it anymore. There's nothing on the app itself or even on the manage router button, which gives more info that's via the button in the app, so making it no use at all

OK management app for HUAWEI 4G router I use. internet speed always seems to be wrong compared with other sites/apps. battery so far moves only between 100 and 75. the fact that these are not accurate makes it not bot very useful, and makes me distrust the app. has only basic necessary but minimal functions. layout/interface is abit unintuitive/clunky. takes a while to recognise the device. that it's not a particularly good app makes me feel less confident about the quality of the hardware too.

Please sort out this App. I cannot login with my router details and it has been days. I want to change my password and username. Please fix this immediately. And I am not the first one to complain about this on your reviews.

Useless app if you don't stick to the default IP address. Then you cannot use this app. Or if a router is acting as a bridge. Same issue.

Extremely poor. After install I ran some diagnostic on the program and found a disturbing amount of data collection, all data from my browser including all passwords and user names where collected on all my devices. Location and up time where also collected. I won't be surprised if it used your phones camera to spy on u. Don't download this app

The last update was very bad, I cannot log into my router to manage connected devices. Why do you guys have different version of this software. This one even has some Chinese writing when I click the 3 dots. You need to be very cautious about your reputation especially since there were rumors of your organizations hardware being used to hack people.
