Battery life is garbage. Website says it lasts 3 nights but after one night it has to be recharged or it dies before I wake up. I contacted support and explained that I reduced sensitivity to the lowest setting, disabled Bluetooth, location, and wifi after syncing before and after sleep. Forced to leave it on the charger daily till bedtime. They refuse to replace the unit and keep repeating the same "advice" I've already tried. If the battery is this bad now, it's only going to get worse later

I was worried when I read all the reviews but everything works pretty well. Connects to the ring easily as long as I am not connected to another Bluetooth device. Takes a few days of use to have all the analytical tools. It also takes a little while to load the previous nights data so you might not have it first thing in the morning. The app is a little clunky but over all happy with the product.

After a few days' use, the data gathered from the device seems quite rich. I want to offer some constructive criticism of the app itself and will update this review if it's addressed. 1. Requiring access to the phone's files and media is a hard no -- there's no reason this app would need those permissions. 2. Connectivity is very unreliable; there's certainly more your developers can do here. 3. English translations are poor (I can help with proofing your localization files for free).

Go2sleep device doesn't work very well and support is awful. Trying to process a return is a total joke. I suggest you avoid their products. Specific issues: - device stops recording if I get up to use the bathroom fir a few minutes and then go back to bed - device won't automatically connect to app and I have to manually go through the reconnect process everytime - my Garmin watch does a better job uf tracking my sleeping time than this dedicated sleep device does

Just got my gosleep2. It doesn't show up on my phones blue tooth so I can't pair it with the app. Been trying for 2 days to get ahold of customer service with no reply. Save your money don't buy it. UPDATE: @Sleepon I have. I have reached out to customer service tried everything they suggested still won't connect. My app store says app may not be fully compatible. Not sure if that is the problem. Last message yo cs was 2 weeks ago stating that but never got a reply

I think the reviews are a bit unfair. First setup the unit. Follow directions. Then put the on the charger and charge until it's green. From the go to sleep app put in your vitals and then go to The Sleep page. at the top it says add device. Click on that and it will connect the ring. I have an Android so I downloaded the go to sleep Android add-on. It gives you permission to connect the unit. I had a very accurate reading. Great customer service. Give it a chance better than paying $300 🙌👍

Latest update is garbage - wants access to your files and storage for some reason. Refuses to connect automatically if you deny access and syncing bricks the app, requiring you to kill it and restart the app. Can easily break family data sharing if you don't set it up perfectly. Don't recommend this app or associated products.

If you don't give permition for then to acsess your personal phone book, photos and messages, they wont let device connect. Im now planning on using a dummy phone with no service and will wifi it to internet. I don't yet know if this will work but my family does it all the time on some of our older smart phones. Maybe i can buy that it needs pics but nothing else, its like when Google spies.

Couldn't connect to my Samsung Note 9. My phone could see it and and pair to it but the app won't connect to it and yes, location services are turned on. Had blinking red led, then charged to green via the base. The device seems to be ergonomically designed well and I wanted it to work but .... Returning for a full refund ! I just also installed Withing Sleep mat with no problems. I've just purchased another Go2Sleep and have a new Samsung Tab S6 Lite, and their app couldn't connect.
