This program is a new type that can help people suffering from insomnia or sleeplessness and all those who just want to make the process of falling asleep easier, more pleasant and quick.

2) Binaural beats of the delta 2.5[Hz] frequency.
These waves are audible only in the headphones, since each ear receives a wave with a different frequency in this range, the brain works during sleep time and you set it to sleep.
3) Sounds of nature for background.

Ambient , relaxation night candle.
After you have chosen the sounds you like, you can enjoy the relaxing light of night candle and also turn on the timer.
