By tracking and contrasting your weight and calorie intake over time you can weight what you want to weigh and eat what you want to eat. Size Matters guides you using simple, easy to understand, principles to ensure you succeed. The Size Matters book is embedded in the App under the Options Menu > eBook and will soon be available as a Kindle eBook. It is free with a Size Matters subscription.
