Recent research in the burgeoning field of positive psychology has demonstrated that practicing gratitude can make you happier, healthier, and more resilient.
This app is designed to be the easiest, simplest way to maintain a gratitude journal. Write a few things you're grateful for each day and then whenever you need a reminder of the good things in life, you can pull up this app and reflect on your blessings. You can even set a customizable notification to prompt you to take the time to be grateful.
