I did a booking for Amravati to pune from Saini Travels app for date 21-02-2021 (Sun). As per the information I received from newspapers or other sources there's a weekend curfew and all services will be cancelled except emergency services.I called Amravati and Nagpur Saini office regarding this and asked them to either postpone my booking on Monday or cancel the booking and refund the whole amount. They refused to do so and asked me to cancel the booking which will cause 15% deduction.

Whenever I going to book a ticket at payment page it didn't show the character which is necessary to complete the payment... Only because of this I couldn't complete the payment... This captcha code didn't show on the screen...

Unable to login using referral code. It is showing the popup as result consisted of more than one row. The referral thing is none of use no one will be able to login using referral.

Bus no 867 AC bloor are very loose. Gets close automatically so no use of AC. Glass window locks gets open automatically, those locks not working. Electric point for mobile charging does not work. No sceen. Dusty smell in the bus... please improve these small things

I booked my tickets from Parli-Nagpur on 4th March, but the bus got cancelled and I was adjusted in an alternate bus. I had booked a single sleeper lower berth and I was accommodated in a double sleeper upper berth whose price is lower than the single seat berth. The difference amount was not credited to me. The AC modules are defective and would open up during journey repeatedly. The central ac blower blows cold air heavily. The experience was really bad.

while going for booking the tickets, Capache was not displayibg in the App. however it was displaying through google chrome browser. it was sortedout by the concern staff... Good job..👍👍

When we were boarded in the bus ac was not working and I complaint same to the bus driver but driver denied and said ac was running properly and misbehaved with me and also with the other passengers. It was 4th time I faced same problem and I do not want to book tickets with saini travels in future. staff behavior is not up to the mark. It is our right if we paid for the ac ticket then it is your responsibilities to give proper sevice to the customers.
