The bus conductor and driver is a very greedy man. They just stop every where. And today the limit was taken to the street for goods and due to this the bus could not reach on time.

Don't believe this travel this can make your journey messy i bought a ticket from it but in mid journey at around 3 am it left me on streets and told a bus will pick you up and gave bus driver no. So after a long wait i contacted that driver but he crossed that station before us so it made so uncomfortable to me Suggestions: rarely use this app to book tickets because it can make a delay in your journey and they also take reserved sleeper seat to others

It is third class travels and i recommend everyone .not to go by this particular travels. Bcoz my bis was 9.00 pm and they picked me up at 12.45 so fue this bus i have missed my train also and dod not got a single amount refunded. So please dont book in this travels 1 post bho main de raha hu kyunki mujje dena pad raha jai uske bina main post nahi kar sakrmta isliye.

It's not good app....improve it..when we book tickets by this sometime it is not show in my booking and dont get any ticket confirmation message.

Not droping actually place and given time. I was five time jain travel bus servies use but dropping, timing, complain resolve very very poor.i request all user please select another bus services.

App is OK but service is poor. Overloading in passenger buses even in high paying one is common. Had worst experience with their buses esp in rajasthan.
