Working well for our small business -- Very useful for more than one worker to take/keep track of incoming calls! Wish it would sync with the main call system, at least it doesn't work on this samsung, unlike Telegram and other apps, that show up in the overall call log (might just be a matter of figuring it out still, but that in itself unfortunately is an unnecessary minus point).

This is a great app and great fit for my staff to handle customet support and sales. Just got the apps. Some quirkiness (intro played, customer press 0, then intro played again and required another 0 press before transferring the call), and I wish the intro auto attendant didn't force the customer to press '0' to speak to someone, but overall seems like a great app so far and reasonably priced.

Terrible service , I signed up for this and it would not let me in the website after I paid. They kept in touch until I said I was not satisfied with the service , seems like a scam. You can not get in touch with anyone you just get auto messages and auto responses. Any good reviews of this company must be fake to or was paid for. I am going to report them soon.

Signed up to test the services. Delayed calls, no rings, no caller ID so you cannot see who is calling, calls shows up as an active call a few minutes after it ends, trying to cancel service but can't find anyway to do it, and it's consistently offering me $10 to take a survey
