  1. J. S. Price-avatar

I have been using this application exclusively for a my business line for about two years. Originally it worked well; with only minor call quality issues. However, since the latest update ( and my latest Android update to Android 10) it has been making my business life a living hell. First, the app no longer pops up when I receive a phone call, I literally have to open the app every time a call rings in. Secondly, the call quality and reliability is horrible, it interferes with my normal calls!

  2. Brenden Bull-avatar

At first the app seamed like a great option. I have been a paying customer for over a year now and will be switching. Lately I have not been getting notifications or calls intermittently. The service and app are not reliable and has made my business look unprofessional to my clients. The windows app also has many issues and never stays up to date with messages. Do not get this service if your looking to rely on it for a business. Yes I have worked with support to troubleshoot the issue. It happens on both Cellular and Data.

  3. Craig T-avatar

Beware! I've never used this service, but found a charge on my credit card for it. The charge was also reversed, which was very strange. I googled and found many similar reports about this company. Sounds like they run a shady business and your data is really what they're after. Stay away if you value your data and privacy.

  4. Jake Morey-avatar

Very glitchy, bad call quality, text setup is terrible, voicemail greeting is really quiet and call forwarding doesn't always work. Let's just say I'm looking into how to take my number from this app and run.

  5. florin soica-avatar

There are more features missing for tel app. No call forward is one of them. Plus 9.99 per month is too much for a private bill. It could be ok for business.

  6. A Google user-avatar

After a year of use, my opinion has changed. Several issue's with the app, not a happy paying customer 😥

  7. Tamir Ofri-avatar

Communication is not clear , frequently the other side of the call advise me that its very difficult to hear me . I'm using it for my business and each year ,I am hoping to see improvement , but very little .

  8. Kiesha B-avatar

Convenient, but too many drop calls...

Great choice as a 2nd line for business. Works well.

  10. Peter Bart-avatar

I've used Line2 for several years, using all three of the major wireless carriers. It's had it's ups n downs, but I can definately say you absolutely *must* have a good data connection for this app to work. For me in the area I work Verizon is the best. I have issues using Line2 on ATT and the most problems when on TMO, fwiw ymmv. I've found tech support to be responsive and able to solve my one issue I called on. I continue to use the service. I currently use a Oneplus 7T on Verizon and ATT.

  11. Jace Mouse-avatar

Okay app. But completely unreliable customer service. My service stopped being able to send SMS messages on Wednesday morning. It's clear in the process that they were not holding themselves to any serious type of service levels or standards. Their "status page" that lists all their services is misleading; showing 100% uptime for the last 81 days and no current issues. I filed a ticket (Wednesday, 8am central). No response four hours later. I called (Wednesday, noon central). Waited on hold for 25 minutes. The agent confirmed there was an issue by having me send test messages, and said that it would have to be escalated. The agent was professional and patient, but I was not given a timeframe or next steps, other than being told it can take up to 24 hours and that I would be getting email updates. A minute later, I got a confirmation that the ticket has been escalated to tier 2 support, but have never received a single response before or since that. It's been 36 hours. No response whatsoever, other than the escalation message. Attempts to call today (Thursday, 10am central) no longer allow callers to wait on hold. After a two second hold, callers are told all representatives are assisting other customers, and are simply told to leave a message before being disconnected. Now I can't even get ahold of a billing contact to unlock my number to allow it to be ported out. I left a message there 16 hours ago, and also have had no response.

The app is bugging after android 10 update, yesterday. The app is not getting any calls. All the calls are being redirect to my personal number. I have a samsung Galaxy note 10. Can you fix it please? Edit: I tried reinstalling. Now it doesn't even go beyond Line2 blue screen. Even after I grant permissions. I won't be able to call support right now because of work. I will call tomorrow or tonight.

  13. Cyn Le-avatar

Paid for this app and calls are not even being received for the last 2 months. No incoming calls notification or alert! I will later find a miss call in my history but again no notifcations. Calls being sent straight to voicemail, although that option is not wven turned!!! Very horrible app amd very annoyed. No support contact even when emailing them

  14. Shay Steacy-avatar

I experience lots of glitches....when I use data, my network connection in the app only (not my phone) will drop. When I use voice, the calls are better, but incoming calls almost never come through. Also, it will log me out randomly, then I don't realize I'm missing calls or texts....

  15. sabasc leavitt-avatar

Good interface to affordable phone service, block robocalls. Android app works well. Distinct ringtones for contacts. Windows app has similar functionality but the contacts mechanism on that app is broken currently.

  16. Nobody's Business-avatar

    Nobody's Business

Everything was fine, but now app doesn't pop up automatically when receiving phone calls since latest android system update. Been this way for several weeks now. Very annoying especially for a paying customer.

  17. Jon Whitacre-avatar

Was awesome before the last 2 (+?) updates!!! The good: Saves $!!!, always works, keeps call/sms records 6 months b4 deleting, has distinctive ring. The bad: Summer 2019 updates have glitches that don't allow all the information to be displayed on call the list. Support is very cordial, and they seem to try their best. But they don't understand, as I've been over and over with them about this issue, and nothing so far has resolved issue. (Wish i could disable the update nag!)

  18. Greg L-avatar

When you switch the forwarding on with the toggle switch it keeps going back to default and turns it off ... by choosing forwarding you never can be confident that it will stay in forward toggle position

  19. Bent Maghreb-avatar

Nice read the view some r good but most were bad..But decided to check for myself. Right up after install pushed she singed button and force closed on me (20 times) GARBAGE, time wasted. Desnt even deserve a star

  20. Kevin Burns-avatar

The service is ok but this app is meh. I've been using Line2 for many years with 2 separate phone numbers. I constantly miss calls on this app, notifications don't always come in and it keeps logging me off one or both accounts when I restart my phone. The Windows desktop app is decent and works way better than this app. I'm on the hunt for a new phone service.

  21. Sebastian-avatar

  22. Borden Borden-avatar

This app works fine as long as you are in the US. It will not work using Cellular Voice when you àre in a foreign country as the app does not dial a +1 in front of the number of their gateway. The only way to use the number abroad is using the data only feature which works fine on a strong WiFi connection but not on cellular data. Looking elsewhere for another solution.

  23. Charlie Diggs-avatar

Not for professional use. I've been with line 2 for years of trying to work through bad bugs. Customer service is nice, but nothing ever fixed. If internet cuts out, app logs me out! I need to carry a piece of paper with password everywhere i go because of this. 3 months after reported bug is still there, and the company doesn't seem to care. Notifications are also whack, never with right date..1 week later, support has deleted all voice mails and smss, and still getting logged it's worse

  24. Megan Sharpe-avatar

The app works fine but it could use an update. It doesn't make use of a smartphone's proximity sensor, so a lot of the time in the middle of a call, my cheeks dial buttons.

  25. Iain Baunoch-avatar

I have been using Line2 as my primary business line for sometime now. Bugs are fixed pretty quickly, the app has been getting better and better.

  26. Tommie Jo LaFlam-avatar

    Tommie Jo LaFlam

This is an excellent thing to have if you do not want to give out your personal phone number for customers or potential customers. The only issue I have is that it eventually wants to charge you for the service. Other than that it's an excellent app.

  27. Chad Johnson-avatar

As of a few weeks ago line2 app starts showing incoming calls just like my primary number with same ringtone and I can't find any way to change it. This is a deal breaker as I run a business from each line and now I don't know how to answer my calls. Very confusing for my customers. Will have to get a different app. Ok tech support informed me I can switch to data call and I got back my distinctive ring tone. I still wish I had more control over the ring tones, but at least they are distinctive

  28. Keltec Respec-avatar

This is a monthly bill why use this when Text Now has been around forever and for US calls and Canada calls is free everything except out of country calls are free, free messenger mms and sms, and free calls over wifi. Text Now is the free way to go!!! And you get to choose you own phone number too. So why would I pay for a free service that's readily available and has been for years? Edit: wrong again Text now works with any Wi-Fi connection on any phone even if the phone does not have service!

  29. Divine Romero-avatar

Line 2 is so weird!! I have it on my phone even I am online holding it still turns and missed call and not even ring! I am working from home and we are using this to communicate with customers because of this crazy thing my client thinks i am not answering phone calls when I am on standby!

  30. TWYLAH BUSLER-avatar

I've had services like this before & they become expensive!!! I will settle for a phone service I have to do something to get money on the account, done it before will do it again.

  31. Joshua Sanders-avatar

Message search is still a mess. When you search it takes five or ten minutes to search a word. Then all your messages suddenly change to some random order making it very hard to find anything. Frequent disconnects will make you crazy.

  32. Zenobia Jackson-avatar

    Zenobia Jackson

I have used Line 2 for some time now and it is absolutely great. To bad there is not a Line 1.

  33. Mike Stanowski-avatar

Call me cheap but I think an extra $10 a month just for a second line is more than I'm willing to spend. Especially since most of the reviews are from unhappy people. Now I know to avoid this app.

  34. Jami Fukui-avatar

this app frequently drops calls doesn't connect calls to your regular screen and frequently will miss calls and messages so it's not a useful app you need a reliable phone line

  35. Scoop Johnson-avatar

Not worth the seconds it takes to download. why don't you tell someone that you're going to have to subscribe and pay money to make calls unlike other apps such as TextNow and second line which are very Superior why waste people's time

  36. Maria Godinho-avatar

I signed up for one year with Line2 and I have several issues with it, which were eventually fixed. I still find the line is harder to hear on line 2, whether on my cell or on the computer the sound is very low. My biggest complaint however is not being able to talk to someone to get support. Only email support is available (which is ironic since its a phone company)and sometimes there are mis-understandings and there is absolutely NO WAY to talk to someone on the phone. Even the person who signed me up, told me to call them anytime and when I tried to call I got an email response. It was very frustrating to say the least. It would be nice to have the ability to connect a physical phone with handset to the computer. And now my new cell phone signs me out of the Line2 app, so unless I check I don't get the calls.

  37. Mike Fara-avatar

This app really blows goats. It used to work perfectly, but started sucking a couple of years ago. Texts do not arrive reliably. Often, a bunch of them arrive at once hours after they were sent to me when I make a phone call. Now the app crashes every time I try to download a photo. Sound quality on calls is noticeably less good than the main call function on my phone. It's like all their good engineers quit. I have a galaxy s8, so it's not my hardware.

  38. Uhuru Matumaini-avatar

    Uhuru Matumaini

Avoid this app and the bad customer service. I need a second phone line for work. I was told by tech support they didn't know how to help me. They didn't offer any advice. That was it. I cancelled my subscription the same hour. I understand you can't fix or know everything. However your taking Our Money. At least try to be helpful.

  39. Rudy Solorzano-avatar

Long time user 5+ years. The main issue I have with this app right now is that I can't open pictures that are sent to me. Every time I try to open a pic the app crashes and restarts. No matter what I do...restart my phone, close/restart, reinstall the app I still can't open the pics of any file size. I can save them but 90% of the time I just want to open the pic. Videos have always been an issue too.

  40. Max Coleman-avatar

Not really happy with the app. I am constantly logged out (at least once a week) and miss calls and messages as a result. Even after turning on persistent notification and making sure my phone isn't using battery optimization, the app still seems to sleep. Calls drop on bluetooth headsets, and they let you block numbers on the basic plan, but don't let you block "unknown" numbers which is a bit sad, since I get several a week. The only way to block unknown is to upgrade... Bit sleazy. If you need something for calls you don't consider important, then it would be fine, but for business with important phone calls, I couldn't recommend this. I've used it on 3 different types of phones, and on computers. Works better on computers although I can't carry one of those in my pocket..

  41. orlando lazo-avatar

The app use to be great, but now the app really sucks, even if you're a paid member which I am, the app logs you out very frequently without you knowing, you can't see or open up pictures because it always crashes. No matter how many times you uninstall it and reinstall it, you'll always have the same problem. you can't even send videos. Please fix this problem asap.

  42. Daniel Silverman-avatar

    Daniel Silverman

App crashes often when texts are received, phone calls have decent to poor audio. If you use this app, do not upgrade to Android 10, as it won't let you answer calls. The failure of this app has cost me business.

  43. Taylor Boyd-avatar

Calls are usually alright. I've had a litany of issues with this app, as I use it 5 days a week for work. Pressing notifications doesn't always open the app. If you have too many text threads, recent ones will get lost towards the bottom with 2 month old threads, and their solution is to go and clean up obsolete conversations. I'm not going to try, as I'm not sure it'll even work. More issues that won't fit in this 500 character review limit. This one star goes completely to the support team.

  44. Gregory Jackson-avatar

    Gregory Jackson

This app was great untill the update. After the update the design is not simple. I stopped being able to call people not on my recent call list. I have not tried calling any of my saved contacts. I was forced to update the app. I will probably get an auto reply, but I already submitted a ticket through their support email address. As it stands, this app is a waste of time and money.

  45. Matthew McQueen-avatar

    Matthew McQueen

Absolutely Worthless App! Seriously. Been paying for it for 3 months now and seriously haven't been able to place ONE Wi-Fi call once, furthermore the app continually logs me out; I've got to login multiple times daily (and have the option ticked to login at boot as well). Then finally the whole "Voice Only Option" is quite hysterical as well. ig you don't have Mobile Data and a lot of it, with excellent reception EVERYWHERE, then this app isnt for you. Oh and the topper here, No Refunds!!

  46. A Google user-avatar

5+year user. as a straight up 2nd line option the service is pretty good so no complaints there. Now on to the issues 1. Text messages don't always come through, you have to sign on and off for the message to appear. it makes no difference if you reinstall the all or use cellular data or Wi-Fi. 2. When someone send me a picture and i try to open it the app crashes right away. Sometimes you can save the image to view the pic other times it won't save to your phone. So that really sucks. 3. MMS👎

Ive been using this app every day for the last 2+ years. Its great when it works properly, but often does not sync properly and needs to shut down/restarted. Also there is commonly a delay in receiving notification of new messages. Lastly, call quality is decent but not nearly as good as a cell call.

  48. Pjp Carr-avatar

I have been using this app since it first came out (as toktumi.com2008) I really, really liked it. PAST TENSE. I installed it on my phone, my computer at work, my tablet & at my 2nd job's computer. I loved it. I didn't have to carry my phone with me-No distracted driving. Plus, I visited Panama often & I used it down there for my mom to call me without having to figure out how to call international & no international charges. It was a local call for her.I used to tell all my students about it, my patients, I was supposed to get a free month for everyone that signed up. They gave me one free month once but then billed me for it the next month, I refused to pay it - they cut me off. If I had a problem, tech support would email me or try to call me and they would take care of things quickly. Last year, they called me trying to get me to change to a cheaper annual plan. I said no, good thing because I see awful reviews since. Now, I cant call out on my table only receive calls, texts no prob. tech support - non-existent, reported crashes, never acknowledged. It seems purposeful- wont work well on annual plan. They want the money in advance. You had a good thing now its a pain.

  49. Karina Graham-avatar

i have been using line 2 for over 6 months now. it definitely is an overall good program and app tp use, BUT. i am constantly having to delete the app and re-install it, my accounts are always being signed out, my calls are not always forwarding as i have set them up to. i am paying almost $60 per month for 2 lines and at this point im about to cancel. when i contact customer service, 1 out of 5 times did they actually answer. Customet service is the worst feature of the app.

  50. Monique Fenner-avatar

Research this app first! Luckily for them, there are no "0" ratings. Truly disappointed, prepare to pay in advance for the entire year (there is no monthly option as they advertise). To top that off, if you cancel your subscription after 30 days, you are not entitled to a refund of the rest of your money that you paid in advance. Total rip off. PLEASE research your options, prior to selecting this one-- there are honest choices out there and this one is not one of them! Contact the BBB!

the bigest problem with this service is that it disconnects itself on your phone and you must log in again. there is no was to save the login info and given their restriction on password character, i can never remember it. nor do i remember the phone number needed to login. secondary problem is that even if not published, the number gets a lot of spam. thus, for those reason i am not using the service even though i paid for a year of subscription.

I am not too happy with this app, I paid 9.95 for one month and I have had a lot of trouble with it! When I text someone, the print version of my answering machine shows up! Also when I get a call, there is no screen showing whether or not to answer the call! I was really looking forward to using the features that this app has to offer, but unfortunately, none of them work!

your new design and software suck really badly..had to reload a old copy from a backup. the software crashes continually, when it does stay up messages arrive hours afterwards. its not hardware specific either, 2 different tabs and 3 different phone all had same problems, not to mention the UI is similar to a child's type of toy phone, very unprofessional looking ,please test the upgrades before putting it out, we don't like being your testers , and afterwards you fix it as you go tactics,

Love this app. Love the overall improvements. Only issue is when I'm in the Philippines traveling it doesn't work. Other than that it's a great app. Thanks line2

I helped a friend out and paid for one month. made sure none of my information stored and this app has continuously charged my credit card. closed my old card and got a new one and they still managed to charge me. ended up having to close my credit card account completely! watch your card for unauthorized charges from this app!!!!

I used Line2 for almost 5 years. Thankfully, it let me keep my number. Unfortunately, I had problems with calls cutting off, bad audio quality, texts not being recieved. I finally could not stand having to call people back from my other number and just had mine ported to an actual cell phone. In concept, Line2 is amazing. In reality, Line2 is frustrating. (Yes, I submitted numerous requests to texh support and followed their instructions afterwards. They will probably be glad to have me gone)

I just downloaded this app and set everything up yesterday, it takes a little getting used to but once you have your voicemail setup everything should work as promised as long as you follow the proper directions. If you're not sure just ask someone that you know to call your "business line" and that way you can be sure that you have no unwanted glitches going on... for now eveything is great dispite other reviews I've read. BTW I have an android and mine is working well.

Missing text messages in new version. Call forwarding and auto-attendant issues. New problems with Windows client as well.

  59. Jo W-avatar

for some reason it's sending calls to my main line voicemail. app crashes when i try to view pictures in text. only shows me the very top left of the image in thumbnail. since I'm using line 2 for work where we have voicemail requirements and it's sending calls to my personal voicemail somehow, it's a substantial problem. I'll probably move to another solution.

  60. Dean Willis-avatar

Seems to work exactly as advertised. This is basically Google Voice, except with less Google, and that's worth paying for.

  61. Jackie Haag-avatar

It's easy to use and install. The quality of the calls and especially my outgoing voicemail greeting aren't great.

  62. Gary Martin-avatar

Line2 is the winner. I tried 5 different 2nd number apps (6 lines on 1 phone!) and Line2 was the best. Not only the features vs pricing but I had a technical issue that required intervention and I was stunned at the level of support for such an inexpensive product. They were awesome. I literally have a ton of time invested in trying these 2nd number apps out and I can tell you Line2 is the clear choice. The other 4 are getting canceled.

  63. Geno Willis-avatar

App is NOT very user friendly although it does work! Hard to find HOW to send msgs. No guidance is included. STILL have not learned how to answer in oming calls OR TO USE TRXT!

really horrible... now i have been looged out of the app and trying to login back with all corrwct info it says wrong info....please please fix this asap....i have emailed to your support team to but haven't got any reply...and not really happy after the recent update. persistent notification is not working and and every time i try to open a picture the app crashes.

It worked well on my iPod Touch. Then that device died. Used it on my iPad Mini, it works well there, but device is too bulky. Started using it on my Android. Texts will not go through using this app on the Android over WiFi. They will if I use the cell data signal, but not over WiFi. What is wrong? Don't know.

BEWARE. I've had this service and app for two years and have used it constantly. Sketchy call quality (no, it's not my wifi), inability to silence the notifications (phone settings have no effect), app uses the microphone constantly (even when not in use), and now I can't port out my number. Customer service hasn't answered their phone for 72 hours, doesn't respond to the voice mail they tell me to leave, then doesn't answer emails on my open ticket.

  68. Josue Rivera-avatar

This apps been turning my mic on a east dropping on me. Luckily my cellphone alerted me that line2 app has been using my Mic. When I check it has been doing so for the past 3 days. I just turned off the permission and to top it off I haven't even registered or tried the app yet. Thinking off taking this matter to another level. This is not right.

  69. Jake Nadermann-avatar

Messages disappear if not opened immediately. I'm logged out 4x daily. Calls are missed every time. No chance to answer them at all

  70. A Google user-avatar

If I could get this app a zero I would. Worst customer support ever!!!! 8 none answered support tickets. Do not waste your time. When people call you're line2 number and leave a message and you return their call the name comes up random names and people will not answer. The only customer support you receive is to have you leave a voice messages that is never returned. I have asked my bank to do a full reverse charge.

  71. Ace Music-avatar

Been using the service a while and the app as it sits is okay. My only complaint at this time is limited customizability for after-hours. We have a Tuesday-Saturday work week so the M-F and 7 day preset options can be a little weird to work with. Being able to set a DND-specific voicemail message without changing the day-to-day voicemail would make a good workaround.

  72. Doug Scott-avatar

Ok. It seems like a great idea. It's not. The quality and clarity of calls is fine, but it's flawed. Too many missed calls. Glitchy service. During the middle of a phone conversation over this app if your primary number rings you lose your call. For business it just doesn't work. Sorry.

  73. David Coleman-avatar

It won't let you send out text messages. It's supposed to be FREE but when you want to send a text to somebody. It wants you to pay for it! NOT A GOOD APP!!

  74. A Google user-avatar

Better than Google Voice. It works on all devices (Android, iOS, Chrome OS, Mac and Windows) - this is the best part. And you can use it to call home when you're overseas! Price is a little steep, but I will probably keep my Line2 number for life, lol

  75. sangam kunwar-avatar

After the update I am not being able to call, app crashes everytime. You don't get to make multiple or get the Line2 number again if you cancel after using one email address. I dont understand what kind of customer they are targeting for. My company issues many Line2 lines. They just canceled our account coz we had same credit card and some had same password.

  76. Katie Au-avatar

I like having the phone, fax, text options for my small business. Unfortunately, the call quality frequently leaves something to be desired. I'm frequently finding myself apologizing for the choppy calls.

not compatable with pixel 2!! I have to follow HIPPA guidlines for my business. this app was great when I had an iphone, however I switched to a google phone last April. Over the past few months, when i click to call a number in my call log it calls a DIFFERENT NUMBER in my call log. It also does this with TEXT even if I do it in the text stream i have eith the person it sends it to another person. I do not recommend!!

I'm still new to it. I will definitely go back to Google Voice once I get an admin issue straightened out. Phone app doesn't allow you to copy a txt. Desktop app doesn't sync contacts well with Google. Which makes it almost worthless to me.

  80. John Wiss-avatar

Absolute garbage. Need to have all callers communicating in the same app if you want free access. Get a clue you guys. Just download Talkatone or 2nd line and talk to anyone. Do not subscribe to this awful service

Launch On Boot is not working! App shuts off and I've missed tons of calls

  82. A Google user-avatar

The service is what you'd expect, but this app is terribly buggy. Crashes when tapping inbound mms images. Calls only work using data, cellular voice doesn't work at all. Google voice isn't great, but Line2 is definitely worse from a usability perspective.

  83. KEN ROBERSON-avatar

i was a line2 customer for years from the beginning and it worked well for the most part. i switched to google voice when out of the blue pricing sored to $25 a line. it was really bad business to treat your long time customers lile that. It was a huge inconvience . i am going to try the service again because i see pricing has gone down...but i would not transfer my number to line2 , after that experience. its really showed me they will increase pricing when ever they want

  84. aixh espinosa-avatar

I paid for the service but got signed out without informing why and when i tried logging in it doesnt work

  85. Esther Jaffa-avatar

70% of the calls come through. Half of these have a connection problem, and cut in and out. 15% of calls are missed because the app never rings. 15% ring only once, and then are missed. I do not recommend this app for any business that wants to be reliable. I have been using it for 2.5 weeks.

  86. kim johnston-avatar

terrible! number doesn't work. tried calling customer service and it just hangs up on you. sent several requests through the app as instructed to do and got no response. trying to cancel is turning out to be impossible to do!

The new version is a letdown and looks pretty bad. Simple things like deleting voicemails or marking them as read don't exist. Selecting part of an SMS text is not possible (to copy to clipboard). These are fundamental function one just expects to exist and work properly.

  89. Sam Ruckhardt-avatar

this app worked last year..... after the update I can make calls but the people I'm calling cant hear me. I try to switch from data to cellular and the menu wont let me. 9.99 a month it's terrible. look elsewhere. and I've sent them 2 emails, so when they respond with a please email us, it's a sham

  90. Tejbir Singh-avatar

Works well for a second business, only using it for a few months so far, just a bit of lag on calls which can hurt communication with customers. I got a new phone and that seemed to help a lot but there is still a little lag. I haven't used customer service yet. Simple and easy to use.

will have to change my review since as of yesterdays update, the 911 address prompt box locks the app up and crashes the app no matter what option you choose. then app reboots nack to 911 address prompt and goes thru the lockup crash and reboot seqience ahain and again. please advise asap as this is a business phone. thnx. update- i was able to go to the dashboard on the website and update the 911 address info. then i logged back into the app and it worked properly as before. fyi.

useful, however, we have android cell phones and when I call my husband while he is on the phone with the client, Line 2 hangs up. a buddy who has Line 2 with iPhone does not have that happen. any way to fix that for Android? Would love to continue using this app!

  93. Minhas Ali-avatar

since 2 weeks i have been facing the issue suddenly the massage appears add emergency address 911 etc. and whatever option i choose app starts rebooting and crash. i even un installed and install again. but still facing same issue. hope to have valuable answer fr om line2 instead of "glad you like it"

Latest version 3.20 , released 12/20/18, keeps crashing when opening pictures. How did you guys miss that during beta testing prior to release?!!! Too much eggnog during the holidays or what? Please fix this ASAP.

  98. Mark Kane-avatar

I replaced another virtual phone app with Line2. After less than a week, Line2 already performed 100% better than the other provider.

  99. Sara Lucas-avatar

pretty good for the most part. there are a couple of things (like the fact that you can't open on desktop without audio in capacity- which I would like for texting) I don't like about the interface. and there is a lag time on calls sometimes. but mostly it does the job.

  100. Zed Zeke-avatar

After update, crashes all the time, the menu became complicated, you can't access your old messages from call menu, it's taking you to the new message even if you have chat already with that person. App glitch and can start calling even if you didn't ask for.
