requires following permissions on your android device.

approximate location (network-based)
Allows the app to get your approximate location. This location is derived by location services using network location sources such as cell towers and Wi-Fi. These location services must be turned on and available to your device for the app to use them. Apps may use this to determine approximately where you are.

precise location (GPS and network-based)
Allows the app to get your precise location using the Global Positioning System (GPS) or network location sources such as cell towers and Wi-Fi. These location services must be turned on and available to your device for the app to use them. Apps may use this to determine where you are, and may consume additional battery power.

view network connections
Allows the app to view information about network connections such as which networks exist and are connected.

view Wi-Fi connections
Allows the app to view information about Wi-Fi networking, such as whether Wi-Fi is enabled and name of connected Wi-Fi devices.

pair with Bluetooth devices
Allows the app to view the configuration of the Bluetooth on the phone, and to make and accept connections with paired devices.

send sticky broadcast
Allows the app to send sticky broadcasts, which remain after the broadcast ends. Excessive use may make the phone slow or unstable by causing it to use too much memory.

directly call phone numbers
Allows the app to call phone numbers without your intervention. This may result in unexpected charges or calls. Note that this doesn't allow the app to call emergency numbers. Malicious apps may cost you money by making calls without your confirmation.

download files without notification
Allows the app to download files through the download manager without any notification being shown to the user.

Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.

find accounts on the device
Allows the app to get the list of accounts known by the phone. This may include any accounts created by applications you have installed.

full network access
Allows the app to create network sockets and use custom network protocols. The browser and other applications provide means to send data to the internet, so this permission is not required to send data to the internet.

change your audio settings
Allows the app to modify global audio settings such as volume and which speaker is used for output.

read your contacts
Allows the app to read data about your contacts stored on your phone, including the frequency with which you've called, emailed, or communicated in other ways with specific individuals. This permission allows apps to save your contact data, and malicious apps may share contact data without your knowledge.

read phone state
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

run at startup
Allows the app to have itself started as soon as the system has finished booting. This can make it take longer to start the phone and allow the app to slow down the overall phone by always running.

record audio
Allows the app to record audio with the microphone. This permission allows the app to record audio at any time without your confirmation.

control vibration
Allows the app to control the vibrator.

prevent phone from sleeping
Allows the app to prevent the phone from going to sleep.

modify your contacts
Allows the app to modify the data about your contacts stored on your phone, including the frequency with which you've called, emailed, or communicated in other ways with specific contacts. This permission allows apps to delete contact data.

modify or delete the contents of your SD card
Allows the app to write to the SD card.

In-App billing
In-app Billing on Google Play provides a straightforward, simple interface for sending In-app Billing requests and managing In-app Billing transactions using Google Play.

receive data from Internet

If you want texts that occasionally work and have a land line to return calls, this is the app for you . It's difficult to describe the frustration of this app and the lack of customer care. Texts are not reliable and often do not sort chronologically, a "bug" they are supposedly working on for over a year. It rarely rings, only tells you a missed call. Call quality is so poor I immediately tell customers I will call them back from a land line. So much regret having a business number with line2

UPDATE, I promised to revise if they fixed the problem and they did. Took several calls before someone figured it out, but a bogus number that I had copied and pasted from a spam voice message into the blocked number list had corrupted the account, disabling the app. Once it was removed all was well. It speaks to a certain fragility of the app, but they did figure it out, so I'm changing my rating. ORIGINAL POST: Love the concept, but within days of starting to use, the app failed on two android phones. App closes as soon as it opens, so you can't make calls or check messages on the device, and when you answer calls in, the caller can't hear you. I have sent emails and left a voice mail with support. If they get back quickly and resolve this, I will gladly change the rating, but right now the service is useless.

I like it overall. A few things could make it better. I wish I could have a separate contact list than my main phone contacts. It logs out on its own, which is disruptive because I use it for my business (the older app didn't do that). The second thing I dislike is the the text messages rearrange themselves each time I log on after I have been kicked off, and that is also bothersome.

  4. Valentine Guitars-avatar

    Valentine Guitars

It's way too easy to accidentally make a call back when doing something as simple as swiping the missed calls page up. Maybe consider pulling the number up in the dialer when a log is pressed, without putting it through until the user presses the call button. This would also help those of us using auto attendant with appended keypress so we can edit out the added number at the end for return calls made at a later time.

  5. Hockey Diva-avatar

    Hockey Diva

I thought this would be a good way to have a second line without needing a second phone for my business but I only get notifications that I've missed a call or text because my doesn't even ring when my clients try calling. As a result I have loss business because of this and now regretting using this app and wasting my money.

  6. Eddie Torres-avatar

    Eddie Torres

Lags, terrible customer service, takes long to load my messages, prompts me to log on too often, has no "remember me" option, messages don't always send. Only good thing = Was able to port my old phone number. To top it off, I have the "premium" version. Nothing premium about it!

  7. Caesar Samsi-avatar

I love this app! It has a great mobile app which I'm using now. It also has a Mac and PC app. Mobile app is great. Mac app is OK, could use UI design improvement (minus 1 star). It can run it on multiple devices, I can call, text on any device I'm using. One major feature I wish is Video Calling, any popular protocol is fine. Burner only has the mobile app, can only be used on 1 device, it doesn't have a Mac or PC app. Line2 uses a browser app for desktop browsers.

This is a great value for all you whom care to take there volume base to the next level using _Line 2_ phone service to reach just the right people near and far. As a added bonus Line 2 also comes with a stable and, easy to set up fax. It emails your confirmation to your inbox - Examples *gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL, Netscape ☆°《etc.》*

Newest version is VERY slow to load the messages. I have to wait 10 seconds+ everytime I want to send a message for the screen to load! Please FIX THIS *update: 9 months without an update?! Seriously? Plenty of problems need fixing: texts frequently don't come in, app slow to load, randomly logs you out, call quality etc!

  10. Russ Koyle-avatar

    Russ Koyle

The support behind this service is horrible. Passed around, put on hold, got hung up on. Tech support people don't know squat. Plus went through the whole process, they transferred my number and didn't give me texting. To enable text they want a copy of my driver's license and credit card. That is not going to happen. Just horrible business practices. Cannot recommend the service for anyone for any for any reason. Gets worse. They automatically put your call on hold if a second call comes in.

  11. Mary Phipps-avatar

    Mary Phipps

Glitchy but effective when it works. We have multiple company numbers and that is great to have multiple lines we can log into, but after a few hours the app shuts down and logs you out. Sometimes it will never ring and just shows a missed call.

  12. Law Office-avatar

    Law Office

Only 3 stars because call screening feature will not say your name in the message, if that makes sense. Will update if they fix call screening, a very important feature they are advertising for people like me.

  13. Brett Augustine-avatar

Garbage , useless app . Do not download unless you know other people that use this app or you want to pay a subscription fee. You can only call people that have the app unless you pay . Of course they don't tell you that right up front , like most companies they use deceit to try and get subscription fees from people . WASTE OF TIME

  14. Esther Lang-avatar

Can't set up voice mail. Follow the direction to record but then told there is "a problem" Support doesn't answer, says it will call me back but does not. Said it would cost $X, but charged me 30% more with no explanation.

  15. Tiea Vaughn-avatar

Works ok. Call quality can be sparatic. And lately it will send voice mails to my email but not to the app. Mostly it works decent. Would like something more reliable but can't be changing numbers now.

  16. J Byrams-avatar

    J Byrams

If on a call (on cell number) and a Line2 call comes in it sends the caller to nothing. No ring, answer, sound, nothing. Basically zero way to answer the call. This is un heard of and totally unacceptable. Their response: Regrettably, as this is by design for Android devices, there isn't much we can do to prevent it from happening. We do apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

  17. BeccaSzanto-avatar

Sub par; the application freezes a lot and I miss lots of messages and calls from clients. The support team is helpful, but I would rather not have these issues.

  18. Pete Resnick-avatar

    Pete Resnick

The service is reasonably good, but the app is pretty poor. No integration into Android system phone or messaging, meaning the app is not recognized by most other apps for making calls or sending messages. Settings are not consistent across platforms, and call handling settings tend to change themselves due to things on the server. Too easy to accidentally call someone. Latest big UI change made things worse, not better. Could use a lot of work.

  19. Robeon Mew-avatar

    Robeon Mew

The demo lies. Literally enuf free credot to connect your 1st call then it drops. After that its $3 min and powers thru your call time. Download Fongo instead. ° ° And they post that, but perpetual holds and no email conversation? for a service that should be free? Naw bee. Fall into obscurity. The future is VoLTE anyway

  20. Mohamed Mukthar-avatar

It's not worth to the money It's not working good, most of the calls hitting direct missed call notification and even I can't make conference call If I try to make the conference call App hanging or force stoping There is no update in customer side

Would love for it to have its own Contacts/Phonebook and not rely on the phonebook of my phone. Also Contact names do not reflect on the desktop version. No long press to copy text function. Please fix. Thank you!

  22. Mike Travers-avatar

    Mike Travers

Good cross platform app with seamless integration among Windows and Android devices. Lean, without a lot of bloat features that few use anyways. I use it as my only phone app on my Android phone & tablet. I no longer pay double to the wireless company for phone and data service. Past PC app version had some minor issues with Google contact integration; however, that has been resolved.

  23. ythompson11-avatar

Currently not completely working. I am able to make call but, unable to receiving any call. Messages are being received and email notifications of the calls are being sent.

Love the app but have problems with it updating when someone sends me a message, may not get it until hours later or I need to log out and restart my phone for text updates

The app loudly plays keypad sounds when dialing unless the ringer volume is turned off. An absolutely stupid tradeoff. Either annoy all around when dialing or risk missing calls if you forget to turn the ringer back on. Either way it is annoying AND inconvenient. Quite the double-shot of inept design.

  29. Brian Peterson-avatar

    Brian Peterson

Infuriatingly, the app constantly forgets my login, which of course means it will miss calls and texts until I happen to open the app and notice it has logged out AGAIN. If the app would stay logged in, it'd be a 5-star app and a 5-star service.

  30. Art Lieberman - personal-avatar

I no longer use Verizon's "One Talk", a similar service. Line2 is 1/4 the cost, much better sound quality, and more control over its options. And terrific tech support.

This app really blows goats. It used to work perfectly, but started sucking a couple of years ago. Texts do not arrive reliably. Often, a bunch of them arrive at once hours after they were sent to me when I make a phone call. Now the app crashes every time I try to download a photo. Sound quality on calls is noticeably less good than the main call function on my phone. It's like all their good engineers quit. I have a galaxy s8, so it's not my hardware.

  32. Coffi Amouzou-avatar

    Coffi Amouzou

BS app...was great then I no longer get callers ID unless I'm in the app. This is terrible. Fix this. How does an update set the user back from using an app, aren't updates supposed to make user experience better? Please as soon as possible.

If I could give this app a zero star i would everytime i make a line 2 account i pay for a subscription but it keeps getting manually disconnected for some reason i didn't do it the pee brained idiots who owns and operates this website and this app keeps saying i manually disconnect my account when I didn't do I'm getting sick of tired of it so if you need a good texting or calling app don't waste your time using this app in fact the line 2 app should be removed from the android market place

  34. Jozyph Nylzun-avatar

I had an account here with line 2 I paid for a subscription for a month but my account was manually disconnected for some reason I didn't do this so if you're thinking about signing up for line 2 don't waste your money i would give this app a zero stars if I could please don't waist your money here try Coverme or Hushed or maybe Unlisted texting or calling apps they are better than line 2 Hushed and Unlisted are far more cheaper than line 2 who scams people out of their money

The app use to be great, but now the app really sucks, even if you're a paid member which I am, the app logs you out very frequently without you knowing, you can't see or open up pictures because it always crashes. No matter how many times you uninstall it and reinstall it, you'll always have the same problem. you can't even send videos. Please fix this problem asap.

Doent work right anymore. In the very beginning it was good. Now it has glitches all the time with the calls and the texts. Definitely not worth the money per month

  38. Taylor Boyd-avatar

    Taylor Boyd

Calls are usually alright. I've had a litany of issues with this app, as I use it 5 days a week for work. Pressing notifications doesn't always open the app. If you have too many text threads, recent ones will get lost towards the bottom with 2 month old threads, and their solution is to go and clean up obsolete conversations. I'm not going to try, as I'm not sure it'll even work. More issues that won't fit in this 500 character review limit. This one star goes completely to the support team.

  39. Maria Godinho-avatar

I signed up for one year with Line2 and I have several issues with it, which were eventually fixed. I still find the line is harder to hear on line 2, whether on my cell or on the computer the sound is very low. My biggest complaint however is not being able to talk to someone to get support. Only email support is available (which is ironic since its a phone company)and sometimes there are mis-understandings and there is absolutely NO WAY to talk to someone on the phone. Even the person who signed me up, told me to call them anytime and when I tried to call I got an email response. It was very frustrating to say the least. It would be nice to have the ability to connect a physical phone with handset to the computer. And now my new cell phone signs me out of the Line2 app, so unless I check I don't get the calls.

This app was great untill the update. After the update the design is not simple. I stopped being able to call people not on my recent call list. I have not tried calling any of my saved contacts. I was forced to update the app. I will probably get an auto reply, but I already submitted a ticket through their support email address. As it stands, this app is a waste of time and money.

5+year user. as a straight up 2nd line option the service is pretty good so no complaints there. Now on to the issues 1. Text messages don't always come through, you have to sign on and off for the message to appear. it makes no difference if you reinstall the all or use cellular data or Wi-Fi. 2. When someone send me a picture and i try to open it the app crashes right away. Sometimes you can save the image to view the pic other times it won't save to your phone. So that really sucks. 3. MMS👎

Ive been using this app every day for the last 2+ years. Its great when it works properly, but often does not sync properly and needs to shut down/restarted. Also there is commonly a delay in receiving notification of new messages. Lastly, call quality is decent but not nearly as good as a cell call.

I have been using this app since it first came out (as toktumi.com2008) I really, really liked it. PAST TENSE. I installed it on my phone, my computer at work, my tablet & at my 2nd job's computer. I loved it. I didn't have to carry my phone with me-No distracted driving. Plus, I visited Panama often & I used it down there for my mom to call me without having to figure out how to call international & no international charges. It was a local call for her.I used to tell all my students about it, my patients, I was supposed to get a free month for everyone that signed up. They gave me one free month once but then billed me for it the next month, I refused to pay it - they cut me off. If I had a problem, tech support would email me or try to call me and they would take care of things quickly. Last year, they called me trying to get me to change to a cheaper annual plan. I said no, good thing because I see awful reviews since. Now, I cant call out on my table only receive calls, texts no prob. tech support - non-existent, reported crashes, never acknowledged. It seems purposeful- wont work well on annual plan. They want the money in advance. You had a good thing now its a pain.

I am not too happy with this app, I paid 9.95 for one month and I have had a lot of trouble with it! When I text someone, the print version of my answering machine shows up! Also when I get a call, there is no screen showing whether or not to answer the call! I was really looking forward to using the features that this app has to offer, but unfortunately, none of them work!

  47. Rudy Solorzano-avatar

Long time user 5+ years. The main issue I have with this app right now is that I can't open pictures that are sent to me. Every time I try to open a pic the app crashes and restarts. No matter what I do...restart my phone, close/restart, reinstall the app I still can't open the pics of any file size. I can save them but 90% of the time I just want to open the pic. Videos have always been an issue too.

  48. Max Coleman-avatar

    Max Coleman

Not really happy with the app. I am constantly logged out (at least once a week) and miss calls and messages as a result. Even after turning on persistent notification and making sure my phone isn't using battery optimization, the app still seems to sleep. Calls drop on bluetooth headsets, and they let you block numbers on the basic plan, but don't let you block "unknown" numbers which is a bit sad, since I get several a week. The only way to block unknown is to upgrade... Bit sleazy. If you need something for calls you don't consider important, then it would be fine, but for business with important phone calls, I couldn't recommend this. I've used it on 3 different types of phones, and on computers. Works better on computers although I can't carry one of those in my pocket..

the bigest problem with this service is that it disconnects itself on your phone and you must log in again. there is no was to save the login info and given their restriction on password character, i can never remember it. nor do i remember the phone number needed to login. secondary problem is that even if not published, the number gets a lot of spam. thus, for those reason i am not using the service even though i paid for a year of subscription.

  51. Monique Fenner-avatar

    Monique Fenner

Research this app first! Luckily for them, there are no "0" ratings. Truly disappointed, prepare to pay in advance for the entire year (there is no monthly option as they advertise). To top that off, if you cancel your subscription after 30 days, you are not entitled to a refund of the rest of your money that you paid in advance. Total rip off. PLEASE research your options, prior to selecting this one-- there are honest choices out there and this one is not one of them! Contact the BBB!

i have been using line 2 for over 6 months now. it definitely is an overall good program and app tp use, BUT. i am constantly having to delete the app and re-install it, my accounts are always being signed out, my calls are not always forwarding as i have set them up to. i am paying almost $60 per month for 2 lines and at this point im about to cancel. when i contact customer service, 1 out of 5 times did they actually answer. Customet service is the worst feature of the app.

your new design and software suck really badly..had to reload a old copy from a backup. the software crashes continually, when it does stay up messages arrive hours afterwards. its not hardware specific either, 2 different tabs and 3 different phone all had same problems, not to mention the UI is similar to a child's type of toy phone, very unprofessional looking ,please test the upgrades before putting it out, we don't like being your testers , and afterwards you fix it as you go tactics,

Was awesome before the last 2 (+?) updates!!! The good: Saves $!!!, always works, keeps call/sms records 6 months b4 deleting, has distinctive ring. The bad: Summer 2019 updates have glitches that don't allow all the information to be displayed on call the list. Support is very cordial, and they seem to try their best. But they don't understand, as I've been over and over with them about this issue, and nothing so far has resolved issue. (Wish i could disable the update nag!)

I've used Line2 for several years, using all three of the major wireless carriers. It's had it's ups n downs, but I can definately say you absolutely *must* have a good data connection for this app to work. For me in the area I work Verizon is the best. I have issues using Line2 on ATT and the most problems when on TMO, fwiw ymmv. I've found tech support to be responsive and able to solve my one issue I called on. I continue to use the service. I currently use a Oneplus 7T on Verizon and ATT.

I just downloaded this app and set everything up yesterday, it takes a little getting used to but once you have your voicemail setup everything should work as promised as long as you follow the proper directions. If you're not sure just ask someone that you know to call your "business line" and that way you can be sure that you have no unwanted glitches going on... for now eveything is great dispite other reviews I've read. BTW I have an android and mine is working well.

I used Line2 for almost 5 years. Thankfully, it let me keep my number. Unfortunately, I had problems with calls cutting off, bad audio quality, texts not being recieved. I finally could not stand having to call people back from my other number and just had mine ported to an actual cell phone. In concept, Line2 is amazing. In reality, Line2 is frustrating. (Yes, I submitted numerous requests to texh support and followed their instructions afterwards. They will probably be glad to have me gone)

for some reason it's sending calls to my main line voicemail. app crashes when i try to view pictures in text. only shows me the very top left of the image in thumbnail. since I'm using line 2 for work where we have voicemail requirements and it's sending calls to my personal voicemail somehow, it's a substantial problem. I'll probably move to another solution.

Okay app. But completely unreliable customer service. My service stopped being able to send SMS messages on Wednesday morning. It's clear in the process that they were not holding themselves to any serious type of service levels or standards. Their "status page" that lists all their services is misleading; showing 100% uptime for the last 81 days and no current issues. I filed a ticket (Wednesday, 8am central). No response four hours later. I called (Wednesday, noon central). Waited on hold for 25 minutes. The agent confirmed there was an issue by having me send test messages, and said that it would have to be escalated. The agent was professional and patient, but I was not given a timeframe or next steps, other than being told it can take up to 24 hours and that I would be getting email updates. A minute later, I got a confirmation that the ticket has been escalated to tier 2 support, but have never received a single response before or since that. It's been 36 hours. No response whatsoever, other than the escalation message. Attempts to call today (Thursday, 10am central) no longer allow callers to wait on hold. After a two second hold, callers are told all representatives are assisting other customers, and are simply told to leave a message before being disconnected. Now I can't even get ahold of a billing contact to unlock my number to allow it to be ported out. I left a message there 16 hours ago, and also have had no response.

Absolutely Worthless App! Seriously. Been paying for it for 3 months now and seriously haven't been able to place ONE Wi-Fi call once, furthermore the app continually logs me out; I've got to login multiple times daily (and have the option ticked to login at boot as well). Then finally the whole "Voice Only Option" is quite hysterical as well. ig you don't have Mobile Data and a lot of it, with excellent reception EVERYWHERE, then this app isnt for you. Oh and the topper here, No Refunds!!

BEWARE. I've had this service and app for two years and have used it constantly. Sketchy call quality (no, it's not my wifi), inability to silence the notifications (phone settings have no effect), app uses the microphone constantly (even when not in use), and now I can't port out my number. Customer service hasn't answered their phone for 72 hours, doesn't respond to the voice mail they tell me to leave, then doesn't answer emails on my open ticket.

The service is ok but this app is meh. I've been using Line2 for many years with 2 separate phone numbers. I constantly miss calls on this app, notifications don't always come in and it keeps logging me off one or both accounts when I restart my phone. The Windows desktop app is decent and works way better than this app. I'm on the hunt for a new phone service.

I have been using this application exclusively for a my business line for about two years. Originally it worked well; with only minor call quality issues. However, since the latest update ( and my latest Android update to Android 10) it has been making my business life a living hell. First, the app no longer pops up when I receive a phone call, I literally have to open the app every time a call rings in. Secondly, the call quality and reliability is horrible, it interferes with my normal calls!

At first the app seamed like a great option. I have been a paying customer for over a year now and will be switching. Lately I have not been getting notifications or calls intermittently. The service and app are not reliable and has made my business look unprofessional to my clients. The windows app also has many issues and never stays up to date with messages. Do not get this service if your looking to rely on it for a business. Yes I have worked with support to troubleshoot the issue. It happens on both Cellular and Data.

Can you fix it please? Edit: I tried reinstalling. Now it doesn't even go beyond Line2 blue screen. Even after I grant permissions. I won't be able to call support right now because of work. This app works fine as long as you are in the US. It will not work using Cellular Voice when you àre in a foreign country as the app does not dial a +1 in front of the number of their gateway. The only way to use the number abroad is using the data only feature which works fine on a strong WiFi connection but not on cellular data. Looking elsewhere for another solution.

Ok. It seems like a great idea. It's not. The quality and clarity of calls is fine, but it's flawed. Too many missed calls. Glitchy service. During the middle of a phone conversation over this app if your primary number rings you lose your call. For business it just doesn't work. Sorry.

  76. Ace Music-avatar

Been using the service a while and the app as it sits is okay. My only complaint at this time is limited customizability for after-hours. We have a Tuesday-Saturday work week so the M-F and 7 day preset options can be a little weird to work with. Being able to set a DND-specific voicemail message without changing the day-to-day voicemail would make a good workaround.

As of a few weeks ago line2 app starts showing incoming calls just like my primary number with same ringtone and I can't find any way to change it. This is a deal breaker as I run a business from each line and now I don't know how to answer my calls. Very confusing for my customers. Will have to get a different app. Ok tech support informed me I can switch to data call and I got back my distinctive ring tone. I still wish I had more control over the ring tones, but at least they are distinctive

Line2 is the winner. I tried 5 different 2nd number apps (6 lines on 1 phone!) and Line2 was the best. Not only the features vs pricing but I had a technical issue that required intervention and I was stunned at the level of support for such an inexpensive product. They were awesome. I literally have a ton of time invested in trying these 2nd number apps out and I can tell you Line2 is the clear choice. The other 4 are getting canceled.

A very subpar app that tends to be more problematic than useful. My biggest gripe is the auto logout without notification. This is a serious annoyance which impacts my ability to receive and respond to calls in a timely manner. Dialing is also very cumbersome and problematic. At times it'll redial a previous number instead of the number I typed. These two issues make this service more trouble than it's worth and I'll be searching for a new service when my subscription expires.

This is a monthly bill why use this when Text Now has been around forever and for US calls and Canada calls is free everything except out of country calls are free, free messenger mms and sms, and free calls over wifi. Text Now is the free way to go!!! And you get to choose you own phone number too. So why would I pay for a free service that's readily available and has been for years? When I first signed up it worked really well and I loved the idea that my number was not directly tied to a device. It was handy having the pc app as well. However, since Android 10 was released the app seems to randomly not show text messages, even with battery optimization disabled. Support just said to reinstall the app (their standard fix if you email them claiming the app is buggy.) They also don't give partial refunds and take ages to port numbers out. Stay clear if you use Android.

This app does exactly what is advertised. Excellent call quality. I had one minor issue and the company quickly responded with suggestions to resolve the problem. Friendly, smart support staff. Highly recommend this app.

I experience delays on the phone calls but other than that it's great

Really good so far, although the forwarding feature is a little difficult to set up. My calls started coming in within 5 minutes of posting the Line2 number on my website.

App crashes often when texts are received, phone calls have decent to poor audio. If you use this app, do not upgrade to Android 10, as it won't let you answer calls. The failure of this app has cost me business.

Terrible mms, you get a link you need to view the attachments in your browser. Group messaging doesn't really work. Calls don't always ring. Don't know if there's a better service out there though.

The app works fine but it could use an update. It doesn't make use of a smartphone's proximity sensor, so a lot of the time in the middle of a call, my cheeks dial buttons.

Everything was fine, but now app doesn't pop up automatically when receiving phone calls since latest android system update. Been this way for several weeks now. Very annoying especially for a paying customer.
