    My business line hasn't been ringing all week! I made sure it wasn't in do not disturb mode and even turned off the spam filter. There's no notification at all that a client is calling, it will send them to voicemail, but the call shows as answered in the call logs. Extremely frustrating!

    It's a decent app for your second phone number, however when you want to cancel your subscription there's so many ways to do so... So much so that the way you chose will most likely be the wrong one and you'll get charged still... There should be a clear cut way to cancel through the app, not having it hidden in various google articles. Very confusing and definitely not resubscribing.

    It doesn't send all of your text messages. They are left on "sending". It picks and chooses which messages goes through or not. It's like that with every single client I text. It's very annoying! Update 7/12/21: Do not waste your money on this app. My clients have not been receiving any of my messages for the past 2 days now. I keep getting an error message every time I try to send a flyer to my clients like I normally do. I am calling and canceling this app. I am so upset with GoDaddy.

    Frustrating Experience. This app technically works, but it leaves me frustrated due to almost comical oversights. When someone in my contacts calls my business line, I can't see who's calling. When someone texts me, I can see a preview of what they said, but when I open the message it isn't there. Messages take an eternity to send (or don't) and I'm never sure if they've been received. I will not be sticking with this service. The only thing I do like is the transcription of voicemails.

    I've had this app since 2018 to help organize my business communication but I've never once spoken to a kind customer representative that was knowledgeable, patient, helpful, or could assist me in resolving the problems I've had. I've grown to literally hate this app. It has cost me a lot of loss in revenue and clientele because it fails to do it's only job in sending and receiving texts on time, or at all! I'm looking to use another app/change my# but I resent this for that disturbance as well.

    This app worked well during the first year in use but has gone down hill in the past 12 to 18 months. What started out as 10-30 minute lag time in receiving texts has progressed to 24 to 36 hour delays or not receiving them at all. It seriously impacts my ability to effectively communicate with customers and is no longer of any use to me.

    I wouldn't wish this "service/app" on my worst enemies. It spikes my cortisol and makes my head hurt. Lag and connectivity issues routinely make it challenging/impossible to communicate with my clients, I can't log in without resetting my password or trying to find my account number somewhere because the app doesn't recognize my number (although it's linked to it), and I need to sign out and back in all the time because everything freezes. Maybe someday they'll invest a little into fixing it.

    This app was functional for a year, and now the past month it has trouble sending texts over wifi or cell with full signal. 2 days now, it sends dumps of texts to me from clients 10hrs later and duplicates from days ago! Troubleshooting tips are useless. This app is dead to me. Also, NO GROUP TEXT ability, no caller ID on ring screen. Definitely not worth the 10$/mo premium.

    Don't even waste your time. I've had this service for about 3 years now. It's been decent overall, not great, but okay-ish for a single user. For the last month or so texts don't send, calls don't come in, can't make calls because the network is constantly down, texts that are sent to me are always duplicated, etc. This is pathetic. You're GoDaddy... How about stop buying up WordPress properties and put money towards your actual service for once. Anyways - a strong wave goodbye to this dying company.

    This is insane and not in a good way. Had the app for over a year and it has gotten worse. One of my business's line is down completely. Can't receive or call out. How am I supposed to run and operate a business if I can't communicate with customers? The first call to support and they tried to blame it on another company. I called again and they said that they have an internal issue and it should be back up in a couple of hours. Lost service on Sunday, today is Wednesday!!!!!!!!!
