Response by Doro - Relative

Response by Doro is an app and a web portal for you as a family member, relative or friend of a Senior using a Doro smartphone. Response by Doro is used to manage alerts sent from the Doro phone and to remote assist the Senior with the essential settings.

When logged in to Response by Doro, you as a family member, relative or friend will be able to remote assist your Senior with the Doro smartphone as well as set-up and manage the Senior’s so-called Responders.

Responders are family members, relatives, or friends who have installed the Response by Doro app and joined the Senior’s group of Responders and therefore will be notified of all alerts triggered by the Senior.

• Group of Responders
This is where you as a family member, relative or friend are connected to other family members, relatives, or friends in the Senior’s network. Anyone that has a Response by Doro account can join the Senior’s group of Responders either by requesting to join or by being invited by the Senior or anyone already in the group. Those who have the Response by Doro app installed and have joined a Senior’s group are referred to as Responders. They will instantly get notified if the Senior presses the assistance button on the Doro phone.

• Alarms
You as a family member, relative or friend of the Senior and part of the Senior’s group of Responders will automatically get notified instantly when the Senior presses the assistance button on the Doro phone.

• Responders
Responders are family members, relatives, or friends who have installed the Response by Doro app and joined the Senior’s group of Responders and therefore will be notified of all alerts triggered by the Senior.

• Remote Assistance of the essential settings
You as a family member, relative or friend will be able to remote control the most critical settings on the Senior’s Doro smartphone. You can easily change brightness, volume, contrast, and a few other options to assist the Senior from a distance.

• Location
As a family member, relative or friend you will, if allowed by the Senior, be able to see the location of the Doro phone user at any time.

• Multiple Seniors
You as a family member, relative or friend will not be limited to manage only one Senior. You can have multiple Seniors and manage them all through a simple menu selection. You will be able to receive alarms from all your Seniors.
