Have been using this app for quite e few years. But recently it seems to stop working on the android phone. Seems to stuck on "Preparing to Call". Reinstalling the app couldn't fix anything. Balance always shows -1$ although I already recharged recently and talked using an iPhone. Please fix the issue.

Have been using this app for almost 4 years now.. only thing which I don't like about this app is that, after the recent update.. I am unable to open the payment page.. it's taking forever to open..

I signed up for my free minutes and every single time it says email is invalid, phone number already exists, email exists already. I have given up after trying few times and getting the same messages all the time. It didnt even let me make an account, what a joke... I would give negative rating if it was possible, worst experience using this app which should have been a seamless one.

This app is horrible including the incompetent customer service agent that will never solve any issue a customer might have. I called them twice on the same day because each time I tried to register my account, it either number already exist, or invalid email feedback. Meanwhile I used the forgot my password and my password was sent in plain text to the same email the app claim to be invalid.

I used this app for few phone calls to India.. It recognized my account on logging in. Dialing out was easy. When you get to the dial pad punch in 011+mobile number- On doing so it picked up a local US number & used the phones dialer to dial out & connected directly to the recipients phone. Call/sound was clear and worked just like a local call. Also all dialed numbers show up in the call log inside the app and you simply have to click it again to redial that number. Thank you

Unreliable!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nov 11 - So I get the above response from the developer… thanks but NO thanks. I have been calling the support line since Sept. I keep get this run around. They tell me they will pass to technical team which i assume is you and they do jack nothing but keep closing tickets over & over. I have called u guys no less than 5 times as I was completely dependent on your app for long distance calls. I still have $66 stuck in your app. I have moved on to Libon. Unreliable!

I bought a calling card and saw it has $2free. I followed the instructions only to have the service ask for my credit card information. Called customer service 3 times only to be given a wrong access code. Do not download this app. They just want your personal information and will give you a headache for a fake offer.
