Soooo good! Best money transfer app so far. The fee is a flat rate, unlike others that are a percentage.

This app used to work but not anymore! I have tried multiple times to transfer money into my US account, and even though the app says "Transfer Complete" the money never reaches my US account. Every time I end up having to call Customer Service and getting a refund. They do not automatically refund after an error, and simply say "We see there's a mistake but can't do anything!" Horrible customer service! Do not try this app unless you want your money wasted!

In short, my experience with Sentbe is absolutely amazing, mainly driven by the customer care advisor -- "Lee". I had an issue with my transaction through Remitly as I input an incorrect account number. Lee was super efficient in resolving the issue and is indeed very fluent in English (FYI - she mainly takes care of Korean clients). Lee is absolutely a valuable asset to Sentbe.

Thank you for adding paymaya and gcash. Please the new feature is annoying,setting the app everytime na i open mo,laging select country ang bungad. At laging sign in sign up din ang bungad 🙄The old version is better.
