The Municipal Secretariat for Legal Affairs of Campinas, in the Department of Consumer Protection (PROCON of Campinas), launches an application to facilitate the registration of complaints and denunciations of citizens in the face of suppliers of products and consumer services. This is another channel that the Municipality of Campinas available, in addition to existing ones, as the Procon of Campinas City Hall (accessed through the website http://www.procon.campinas.sp.gov.br/).
