Most horrible customer service. On multiple occasions they have denied helping in any way even after mentioning the registered number and Trip No. Horrible and pathetic support.

Such a worst service they have provided. What they tell you on phone call before shifting is different and once they done their payment procedure has been different. They ask you money for carton boxes which they bring. In their app it shows for 1bhk big they will bring 18 boxes. We have paid for boxes and didn't receive the full amount from them after we returned the boxes. Their two wheeler delivery service is good. I won't recommend their service of packers and movers. Think twice guys.

very good service for transport of bulk items. things to improve app is not updating live details. also vehicle features must be mentioned in the info (whether it is open or closed type). home delivery help must be added in for all vehicles (for other than ground floor as well)

It was the first time I'm trying to look into this app for my transportation from city to another city I just logged in my mobile number getting plenty of calls I didn't even gave call back option However getting so many calls if I lift the call there is no response at all it's blank why doing such irritating things like these getting calls for every 10 mins can you pls respond this review that how do I deregister my mobile number on your app already unsubscribed from the mailing list

Porter and its driver both are very responsible people whose services are superb.Their rates are also very very reasonable,compared to Couriers,Other transports, Local 3/4 Wheeler.Courier rates are bit reasonable.But their delivery time is too long and they took the material here and there to several places. In rainy seasons, material may get drenched and go waste. ALWAYS AND ALWAYS GO FOR PORTER. NONE OTHER THAN PORTER. I RATED 5* SINCE 5* IS;THE MAX. OTHERWISE, GENTLEMEN,I WD HAVE GIVEN 10*.

No second thoughts, it is true that bad reviews proved me stronger than good reviews. Don't go for packers and movers service in Porter. Porter do not provide assembly and carpenter services for house shifting as promised. Porter won't provide more than 7 ft vehicle even though shifting materials are more in your quotation list and they promise to send big vehicle with closed container. Porter agent(Muthulaxmi) stopped responding calls during house shifting for support.

Don't go by there sugar quoted words, the customer service will lure you into rendering their services, and once you render their services, they will cancel in the last minute, leading you to a helpless situation, for all the cyber employees can sit and talk behind computers and phone not really understand your situation and think a word sorry will suffice for everything.

Bike option is so good for common people usage. Saves lot of travel time and resources. if it can be bit affordable like other non bike services of porter that would be great.
