Reviews From google play store

Fragmented GPS tracking with A370. If GPS signal is lost and then would been found, the App wouldn't show and export to Nike the last fragment of your track. In sleep mode you can't increase time you actually slept more than 2 hrs. No possibility to create a flexible training program for different goals neither in the App nor on the website such as fat burn or maximize fitness, only programs for Every DAY. When am I supposed to be at work and recuperating?

Problem solved, watch needed to be connected through polar-flow webpage.. still had to try over and over though.. The app was good but it tried to update my A370's firmware - the update procces constantly fails. My A370 is now unusable. All my watch does now it either turn off, or attempts to connect to the app. I hope there's a fix for this because my A370 no longer works. My wife's A370 has failed an update once but..

The instructions with the app and online were very difficult and confusing. Had a hard time connecting my H10 to the app. Had to find the customer service number and work through the prompts to get good help.

Works as expected. I have been using it just for few days, but since that no issues have appeared. I`m still little lost in all the features.

Would give it 5 stars iff you could create more types of sessions with the work out iut creator and it has a section where you cojld track your weight. Other than that the app is briliant. Come on polar make this app perfect

Pros: Outstanding range of fitness and activity features. Plenty of detailed stats. Cardio load buildup, training effect, and training recommendations available on entry level watch (Polar Ignite). Cons: Extremely slow and often unreliable sync, which sometimes rebooting my watch fixes. No detailed release notes. Visual design could use some de-cluttering - in a lot of cases the app doesn't clearly distinguish which buttons correspond to which graphs and headings.

Well designed, very clean interface to Flow. Could use a few extras, like favorites display, but otherwise very nice.

Great app, although it would be nice to have recovery information. Its the only thing I cant find!

App is required to sync my Polar Vantage M. But i do not enjoy the app. The user-interface requires massive UX/UI design work. Not intuitive user experience at all. For some reason there is no "overview" in the app where you can see how your day has gone so far. Syncing data to Google Fit is a mystery. Training activities sync nicely but heart rate and sleep data is not transferred? Polar has everything they need to succeed here, but they are still far from the last-mile.

My first hike-climb with Polar. I probably do not know enough get the wrist-device to do things properly as, while we were scrambling over rocks on our hike-climb today, it kept pausing every two or three steps. I synced with Strava and all my times on previous hikes this year recorded accurately on Strava changed from hours into mere minutes. Fortunately I have screen shots to see what has changed. I will try to work out problems the app on my smart phone.

I don't like how the maximum editing range of sleep time is 1 hour. I woke up at around 3am to go to the toilet and went back to sleep but sadly the watch stops recording my sleep at that timing. It would be great if there is no limit to the editing range. It would be even better if the watch can recognise this activity and continue tracking my sleep.

Only been using my watch and app this week and so far so good. Everything is easy to do and understand.

Good app. Could do with having a few changes though, such as being able to manually initiate a firmware update rather than wait for the notification to come back up. Also, the sleep measurement should be able to be totally manually input as sometimes it doesnt realise I slept or doesnt record a second sleep if it detects ive got up for a bit. It should also allow you to note that you had zero sleep that day as sometimes I can't sleep whatsoever and it just thinks it missed something.

Great for monitoring activity. But with multiple M200s, 1 outdoors and 1 indoors, I'd highly appreciate it if the app would use manually given name in device settings, or at least woukd be able to change color of its according wrist band; black vs white. Edit: A few updates and nearly 2 months later, I did not encounter any improvements in personalization as I suggested. Is this actually being taken in consideration?

What happened? This app worked great the first month then the GPS quit tracking properly. I run the same loop and for the past month it is completely off. It shows me on a completely different street or having run across the middle of the field or pond. I was really happy with this app when it was tracking properly.

I like the app but I'd like to see more compatibility with its weaker spots like MFP. For example sending through your TDE to MFP for a more accurate energy management. Not sure if this is on MFP or Polars's side of app design tbh. Also an always on or an automatic sync function (with intervals maybe) would be grand too. In conclusion it's a good app. Does what it says but I feel it could improve buth in functionality and UI.

Hands down the best health and fitness app on the market. It has held the top spot in my book for over 5 years every since my first polar product which was the polar hr7 heart rate monitor. No other app I have used has been able to compile so much relative data when it comes down to my everyday life as well as meeting my fitness goals. Every polar product his work effortlessly with this no major issues. I definitely recommend this app to anyone who is looking for in-depth I'm trying to reach them

Okay app, but with plenty of room for improvement. Polar makes great products, but they must also pay attention to the software aspects as well: both the app and the website. Competition in the fitness watch market is intense, so for a lot of people great software to go along with the hardware can be the difference between going with a Polar product or a competitors.

I would like the app to log your weight changes. Not just edit the weight change. I would like the ability to control what notifications are sent to the watch as well. Currently i can disable or enable notifications entirely. Or i can disable certain apps from pushing notifications both on the phone and watch. I would like just texts and certain emails to push to the watch. Not my 5 outlooks and 5 gmails. I have to disable email notifications go both phone and watch.

I have an issue. When WiFi is turned on and Polar Flow starts syncing, internet connection is going down every time. To fix internet connection I need to turn off WiFi, then wait until syncing has been finished, then turn on WiFi again. Android 9, Samsung G950U, Polar M430

Why does iPhone get recharge and ans graphs for vantage users and Android doesn't? Also can't change the date by left/right swipe on sleep data view as can be done on ans data. So all i can see is the data from the first day i used new firmware for sleep analysis and nothing more. Lastly, where is all that ans HRV data on web based flow site? I don't see it there either.

I am defenetly missing some sports profiles like the stair master or rope jumping. Cause there are many profiles that are not that popular than these two. In addition, the connection between my phone and my polar clock sometimes does not work properly. On the other hand, the app is realy comprehensible and easy to use.

It's got a lot of features that I want. It compares well to Garmin connect though with slightly less functionality. I like the fitness test on my v800 because it doesn't require me to run before giving me an idea of level of fitness. I love the HR zones and it even connects to Strava and Training Peaks.

The app deserves some serious UI work. The IA and overall design could be more intuitive and inline with the Polar brand website. On Android the app will show that it's syncing even though I haven't clicked on the watch button to sync! Also notification are not working on the watch but not if it's the app issue.

Mailed support three months ago (June 2019) to ask why weight isn't synced from Google Fit and why heart rate doesn't synch to other apps. They answered that the first would be fixed shortly (it still isn't) and that the heart rate not syncing was a design choice. I have other devices that work together and you need to do a hell of a lot better with your app if you think we'll all juno ship to this. The only reason I got a Polar was because Fitbit has no GoogleFit sync at all.

11 days since I've been able to sync my vantage m to the app. Contacted polar customer care and still not able to connect. Just not good enough after spending £200 on a watch i needed to monitor my triathlon times. Also the watch hasn't tracked my sleep for the past 5 days. Reset the watch and still nothing happens. Why can't the watch sync automatically at night as well as manually when needed. Not that it does that either.

Decent app that came with my Polar watch. You can link to most of the other fitness apps Strava, Endomondo etc. I have used the half marathon training plan successfully and there are a number of plans from 5k up to marathon that help guide you to your goal. You do need to be honest about your current fitness level and not be too over ambitious with your goals for the plans to work.

Very motivational. Very good app, easy clear data. Very intuitive. Fun

Does everything I like, but latest update has my workouts not being counted in the Daily Activity.

I have used this app for past week with the Polar Vantage M watch I purchased. So far I have been very happy with how it records all the information I want it to, and well as data sharing to other apps that my coach looks at and can see the results as well. Well made, easy to use, simple facts

It tells me that my watch needs updates and when I plug my watch into the computer the update doesn't take place. I've tried several times over a 2 year period. This is one of many issues that I have with polar.

Love it for tracking my runs: distance, pace, splits, time and even notes on mood, and key takeaways. I can also input all my other workouts (strength training, yoga, etc) and can see at a glance on the calendar if I'm on point or not. It keeps me accountable and tracks the details I care about.

I cannot use the app to build an entire workout. I have to use the webpage for certain functions. Missing some data fields, which are common on many watches.(the 2 big ones I've noticed are) -Can't see lap history during workout -No SWOLF on swimming profile I've have reached out for help from customer support many times and never receive any help

Love it, so user friendly! I love that I can sync my workouts/activity on either my laptop, tablet or phone. My polar watch (m400) has been brilliant too. Support when my watch was broken was second to none.

Been using the Polar app now for a couple weeks. Mainly to track mileage while I'm mountain biking but have found that there are so many other features. The app is simple to read and understand. Polar hit it out of the park with this app.

The app has lot of useful data but not the most user friendly interface out there. It needs options to edit or update training sessions later in case we missed recording a session. The overall interface could use a revamp. Looking forward to some improvements

It shows an OK amount of info, but some of it is hard to decipher. There are other apps out there (whoop) that do a better job of relaying strain and recovery info in a way that makes training more accessible to the average person.

Amazing app, has a lot of capabilities and works with the polar products (watches, scale, etc), and is overall an amazing app to use and get around, it's complexity makes it amazing, but not so complex that you don't know how to use it, it's navigation it's great in the app

The app has been crashing since last update! It used to be perfect, but now it's so frustrating! I can't use it! It simply does not start... And in general my device is not an old one, it's a Nokia 7.1 from 2018...

Weird interface, practically no documentation, and NO HEART RATE DATA. Edit: Noting how fast the Polar team responds to reviews, one might suggest that putting some of the social media team on software design and documentation might give Polar a real class-leading package.

Prior to the latest update in Sept 2019, app was stellar. Since update, app is "buggy" when attempting to sync with Vantage M, follow im ng completion of workout. Essentially required to perform a reboot of the app via "force stop" to sync.

generally pretty good would like all day heart rate monitor though and it would be good for it to show PB's for 10k, half and marathon. Since upgrading phone it looses connection through Bluetooth and won't reconnect without rebooting the phone which is a pain

Used to love this app.. Amazing analysis of training sessions, but have been experiencing MAJOR syncing issues with my M400 device lately. The app recognize that I've been active but not showing it as the specific workout/activity. PLEASE HELP

The sleep tracking is great and the chest HR monitor is much more accurate than the other monitors out there. I wish that Polar would make a recording ECG part of the function.

Great App...lets me know how my body is functioning day & night...@ good! Thanks

The app works fine, but it sends a lot of notifications. When turned on. My phone keeps chiming. Had to shut off phone notifications to keep from going nuts.

Really enjoy this app. But I just wish it had settings for when your on cruchtes. And also wish I could tap on the graph and it tell you your heartbeat, since its not the easiest graph to read

Very good app for tracking sport with my M430, connects quickly, the data visualisations are good. I would like it of the app automatically calculated HR zones, saying eg HR zone 156-169bpm instead of just the zone numbers.

Very easy to use, integrates well with other apps, and provides excellent information on training, performance and changes overv time.

This is a great APP. works well with my Polar scales. Brilliant. Lots of useful information, support and advice on weight management.

There is a huge group of people on Polar's Facebook page asking for the ability to edit the length of a workout and Polar isn't doing anything about it. Say you run a 1hr workout and forget to stop it and you go about your day and then boom an hour later you look down and it's still running. So you finish your recording. Flow now says you did 2 hours and messes up your training times & heart rate averages for the day week month or you can delete it! There's a better way. All other brands do it!

Used with polar M and strava. I need the motivation and it gives it to me.

Need more improvement and more tuning with better user interface like fitbit presenting value data with simple interface. It need also to work better with watch; why I need to push the bottom on the watch to sync?

I have been a Polar user since 2014. Never had a problem with any of the product or service when required. This application has been fantastic for all that it claims to be.

The device is awesome. But fails to pair with my android device. That sucks. Both with my Samsung s8+ and my note10.. everytime I ask polar what's happening....all they say ...they busy looking into it. I should just have bought a Garman.

Really great product! I use this in conjunction with Polar Beat to maintain a comprehensive record of my activities and monitor heart rate.

It is a pretty good app but it would be nice if u did not always have to so stuff on the computer that u cant do on a phone. Other than that tho i like it.

Overall good and easy to use. I got problem to sync with v800 watch before. I have to uninstall and re-install it.

The app works reliably (1 month now) and is easy to use. I am happy with it, although some of its usability can still be improved. Thx!

The reason why I give 3 stars is because after the last update my polar doesn't show me the phone notifications. Please check that. Apart from that, good app

After the latest update syncing with my Vantage fails very often. The watch is unable to detect my phone anymore. Not the quality i expect from Polar for a high end watch combo with app

Would be 5 stars if sync bug was fixed. Says failed but actually seems to sync data. Support solution has not worked over a year now. Still a great app

Easy to work and track makes all my fitness tracking a thousand times easier. Thus far I have not had a single issue.

spectacular training app. easy to use and allows you to keep track of your training and rest days.

Very good app, plenty of features, accurate, reliable, like a buddy that you can wear on your wrist. Well done!

It doesn't syncronyze with my watch and phone is not working for me at all. It was working with my old phone but not with my huawei p20 pro. Android version 9.1.0

Great experience with the watch and it's features so. I'm able to maximize my training without over training.

Great app. Seems to work as it should. My watch sometimes auto syncs and sometimes not. Love polar flow web site.

Language support is quite limited. Korean text message notification comes in as blank. All they need is add a font and they're not doing it

Doesn't work with the Huawei Y5 Prime. You have to restart the phone to Repair the Polar A360. Once you do that it will Constantly loos connection.

Every time I sync with my M400 I get different results for night sleep and restful sleep, which means they're wrong most of the time.

Good overview of workouts. Mostly fine except syncing (OH1) after standalone tracking (without phone), which is slow and frustrating.

Did mean i previous recension, the gps. I think its a bit annoying to have to turn on the gps system to connect to the app, by bluetooth. Sorry for the confusion

Good detail for excerise but it can use only with polar product. There are only running training when we compared with other app.

Switched from a garmin fenix3 (amazing watch) to a Polar vantage V and I'm in love with the Polar. Still have a lot of data to dive into but do far the layout of the polar just wins for me

This is one of the best app of its kind. Very easy to sync the data and rich in information on how good or bad we are at giving attention to health.

Using this with polar ignite watch, so far so good accurate heart rate the program shows what you've done with pretty good graphics.

App worked great until latest Android OS update to 10. Now it won't connect to my m460 and sync. Stay away until fixed.

Simple, but it has just enough to have all things in one place to follow fitness progress.

good app, gives detailed analysis of sleep and exercise patterns.

The A370 watch I have been using for several years does everything I need as an older fellow who was once a Marine and very athletic. Accuracy matched the monitors the doctors applied two years ago. I use this watch all day and night, except for an hour to recharge, 365 days of the year.

Great app to keep track of my training, activities & sleep patterns, have had a few problems with syncing

Great break down. Good looking interface. Time will tell if all the features improve my fitness.

Ok app. Doesn't rotate screen, which would be useful, when looking at grafs.

I really like this app for anything from running to working out. Also a great way to track my sleep.

Really love how i can integrate all my running and lifting activities in one area and get the training programs for 5 and 10K.

Really cool app, however on Android 10 there are some bugs with syncing to the polar ignite

Easy to use, quite motivational. Just works really well.

I use is app daily and it is essential for staying on top of my performance goals - and monitoring the route there

Works well but let down slightly by occasional sync problems with my device (M430).

I use an older Polar product (the original Loop) and this app picks up everything, flawlessly.

I am waiting on a run power meter to work with polar but i love using my m430 with the polar app. Thanks!

Great app! Sometimes difficult to connect to phone.

problems connecting the watch with phone. Sync failed many times. Notifications when it works When it doesn't work.

Would love to see the web features in the app. Like running index over a period of time.

AMAZING app. I just wish the data display on desktop app could also be displayed here.

friendly user interface and convenient way to sync with my polar M430. Thank you team.

Love all the training profiles and all the information the software makes available............. Awesome!

Pretty comprehensive analytics sleep, activity, so far I'm really happy with the app.

Since the latest update my polar ignite struggles to sync. Takes multiple attempts as the app keeps freezing and shutting down
