Using primarily to track heart rate with the H10. There should be some instructions, found a whole list of activity specific tracking by accident for example. Using an android s21, I have to close all apps and usually have to re start the phone for it to connect to the h10 properly. And, if I switch apps using the home button, it disconnects. GPS is abysmal. But, if used strictly for heart rate, and never press the home button, it's great.

This app used to be great. I used it almost everyday with my chest heart rate monitor from 2015-2018. My heart rate monitor broke so I just got back into using this app and shortly realized it does not track distance or speed well in my area. I have a fairly consistent signal throughout my entire run and it still loses my location. I updated yesterday and saw no improvement today. Will be using nike run club from now on

Unless your intention is for the app to be able to track everyone even when they're not using the app, you need to change location recording requirement to "only while app is in use". I reported this nearly 2 years ago yet despite your acknowledgement and numerous updates you still haven't changed it. Excellent hardware, poor and invasive software

SPYWARE. Requests location while closed! Why is the app looking up my location while I'm not using the app or doing an activity? Application asks for more permissions than it needs and continues to prompt with annoying reminders. Location set to allow only while using the app should be enough. Instead it wants location set to all the time and won't stop annoying you about it. This behaviour should be classified as a violation of at the play store policy and the app should be removed until fixed.

Very invasive, demands permission to always track location, not while you use the app. Unless you comply, a popup keeps appearing at the bottom preventing you from selecting your past workout lists. Polar customer since 1995, now I am researching Garmin to consider switching. Update - reply to my review is toral BS, despite what Android demands, no need to block half of my screen with the popup. 2nd day using this app & now my h7 HRM can't synch with it, total waste of time. DONT get this app!!!

The app and device h10 constantly fail to pair, to the point that I now find the beat-up treadmills at the gym are more reliable to pick up the signal. Had same problem with 2 phones, so blaming the app. The app has poor ux. The red to action buttons are hard to read. Oh. I also can't use the app to update the device firmware. Fails every Time. Go with another brand.

My experience was good for quite a while, then one day the accuracy of the GPS just dropped. The app would no longer accurately record my distance and my routes started looking like the app would just randomly ping for GPS coordinates every half mile or so. Since I don't run in straight lines only, it became a big issue. I tried following the directions for location permissions. I tried uninstalling an reinstalling. Nothing worked until I tried a different app and that app worked just fine.

For some reason the GPS acquisition has become erratic and inconsistent in the last few months. I though my phone was defective, i though that I needed some alternative type of phone harness... But no, I tried another running app and the GPS was as accurate as it can be. It's all on the app. I'm using a Samsung S9 plus.

It's not a bad app. It has several and I mean several exercising workouts, not just walking, running and biking. If you use it to use it to track your route, you are out of luck. GPS algorithm needs some serious reworking. But it does keep track of your heart rate. UPDATE 5 STARS: If you are having trouble with the GPS tracking your workout, you MUST change your app permissions to run in the background. If you don't do this and go to "screen lock" your GPS will not function properly.

I am happy with your product and app, but I do have a few suggestions/requests, listed in order of importance (to me): 1) MOST IMPORTANT - The placement of the pause button is just about the worst place possible, covering the current part of the BPM graph. (Where I like to look the most.) Can you please move it? Better yet, make it where the user can relocate it? 2) Can you make it where the duration has the option to go backwards, like a timer? 3) It would be nice to have a couple more customizable Sports. For example, I mostly use an elliptical and there is no similar option.
