PointFit - OVG is an innovative all Portuguese app that will revolutionize the current prescription and follow-up mode of Bodybuilding and Cardiovascular training.
It is the first app that allows users to access their training plan, prescribed by their coach, on their smartphone, as well as the monitoring of their workouts, anywhere and anytime.
In a simple and intuitive way you can record the results of your training, performed on any machine in the gym, for later analysis of your progress with your trainer, or with your training colleagues.
Share information on social networks and communicate developments to your friends, demonstrating your progress with current training planning.
Review all your coaches' observations to your training plan and communicate directly with him and any suggestions for optimizing your training at any time.
Directly access your fitness assessments and analysis through graphs, what developments have been achieved compared to the last assessment.
