Know my cameras are shut down. I can able to log in again it's updating virgin but it's works few days. know it's not working yet. It's enough me. ( this is a very good source to see out work place and residence also. Without to know any one. Know this application is not working well. 📢📢📢📢 I think I have to change this company to find batter than is service.) I think some to helps me to fix this problem.

Horrible app ever. I'm going to change from this cctv and app. Never seen a worser app. Playback doesn't do nothing! What the hell! Who designs your apps!! This is 2021 not 1990. It's not rocket science to build a working app

Since my phone got upgraded on Android 10, this App is not working. Every time I turn on the App, it crashes automatically. Because of this reason, I'm not able to use the app for the last 1 month and I'm facing a lot of problems because of this. What's the point of using Panasonic cameras if this App won't work properly anymore.

Frequently crashing... Frequently need to restart it. Pathetic app. Not recommended. Go for Hikvision or any other brand cameras.

Mobile app not working it is very frustrating. I have been using the application since last two years but suddenly from the last 2-3 months it stopped working for my phone. I am not able to understand the issue as my all other cameras are working in my phone except the Panasonic. I think my doubt is correct that i should not use panasonic's products. if my issue will not resolve instantly then i have to say it that this brand does not value its customers. kindly resolve it as soon as possible so that my work will get resume.

using this mobile for about 4 months. Things are going good except for hickup while playback. just before one month, this app(Android version) doesn't receive the "movement detect" push messages which is essential for CCTV installation. Then issue was referred to Panasonic support team and their response was good. However the issue doesn't resolve yet but I'm waiting for the updated version of app, as informed by the support team.

No rating till we satisfied with your services.... Worst service from a reputed company...... It's not working with android 10 kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible so many people already have written about it but there is no response from your side as you are a reputed company in electronics if your service is that much poor than neither I nor my relatives as well as no one person will buy your product.
